Had a great experience at Primi in Table view. We had dinner there on new years eve, it was super busy and the restaurant was full. Service was great they definitely prepared for a busy evening. We ordered a pizza and burger with zucchini fries to share, the burger was great and flavorful, the pizza was ok. Overall good experience.
The service from Scott was perfect! His approach and knowledge of the menu saved my day! I cannot recall what it was that he offered me all I know it was a medium done steak with an egg and I don't think I have been satisfied with food in such a long time!
Fair service and a really beautiful view. Was very impressed with the food during my latest visit. We ordered a spinach, feta and olive pizza along with a creamy bacon and mushroom pasta dish. This pizza is my absolute favourite as the crust is thin and crisp and topped with fresh, good quality ingredients. The pasta was also delicious and a good portion was served.
Excellent food (I love colorful plates), great service - loved the atmosphere! Young adults and families with teens will will love it, the view of the beach added an amazing holiday feel (even out of season) :)
Had the breakfast bowl. It was ok. A bit like a salad. But its just personal preference. I suppose its carb clever. But not very breakfasting for me. The coffee was very good with a hazelnut "shot" yummy
Excellent view with fast, efficient and friendly service. The coffee is amazing and the meals never disappoint... Tried the chicken liver pasta this evening - well worth repeating!
Great vibe overlooking the kite surfers. Our waiter was friendly and we had great service from him. It was my first time eating here, I had the California pizza and I expected it to look better. It was quite bland and had to season it with the salt and garlic to give it some taste.
Would try another branch for a different meal.

Came here with a bunch of friends. Waitress was really friendly and helpful. Service was quick. Everyone had pasta and really enjoyed it. Portions were great and food was really tasty. Also has a nice sea view with Robben island in the distance.
I havnt been to a primi in years. I Must say I was surprisingly happy with the food and the service. I had a chicken burger with no roll and onion rings ( some of the best I have had) ! Zucchini fries were also amazing! Primi has won me over again !

Always a favourite! Our food was amazing as always! I had the calamari starter, husband had the beef burger and we shared the focccia with feta spread...delicious! They are super child friendly. The kids get pizza dough to play with and crayons. The kids get a party pack to take home.
Such a super experience! Although not a regular here, I have eaten here a number of times and was really impressed on this particular occasion.
The menu has some really excellent choices that takes this beyond your run-of-the-mill franchise restaurant. You're not limited to the standard Alfredo pasta or Regina pizza. I can't imagine I would ever land up with my standard order here because there's so much I want to try.
On this occasion I had the primavera pasta which was absolutely fantastic. The olive oil, spinach and tomato chunks combined to create such a fresh taste. Really impressed!
My teenagers chose the Moroccan chicken pizza and the fresh tomato, avo and basil pizza. Both were fantastic and so well presented.
The service was excellent. Friendly and speedy even though the restaurant was incredibly busy.

Had a great experience this afternoon at Primi Piatti, we were friendly received by the manager and had great food, one of my friends ordered their California pizza and I had their Chicken Caesar wrap starter as main meal, both was presented beautifully and was delicious.
What a lovely find. Perfectly situated with a gorgeous view to accompany the delicious food. I'm used to Primi but this one was particularly pleasant. The wait staff was friendly and he food arrived quickly. My mango jam jar was not as delicious as Primi usually offers them, but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt this time. The vibe was great. The view was extravagant with the sight of table mountain and fireworks going off.
The service was not the best. I asked to get a side plate which never came but otherwise the waiter was pleasant.
I ordered a burger with chips. The burger was good but could have had a bit more flavour and the chips were undercooked. The sauce on the side was amazing it felt as if it should be burny but was sweet instead which played with my tastebuds.
I would definately advise people to go here as the experience was very enjoyable.
My recommended spot for some good loin lamb chops. Friendly waiters and a beautiful view of the sea! The service is on point and the prices are well worth the food :)
Primi always lives up to my expectations. Amazing pizzas the base for some reason is absolutely delicious. Good service and presentation. Only thing I didn't like was the poor state of the menus. Quite gross to touch actually.
Great atmosphere, lovely service tried out the new peri peri chicken liver starter, it was awesome! Perfect balance of peri peri and flavors. I definitely recommend it.
Primi, known for pizzas and pastas have recently added burgers, chicken wings and similar to their menu. Chicken wings arent the greatest however my burger was fantastic (even though the waiter got it slightly wrong). If you're looking for the best burger; this isn't it but its something different. A must try. Good service and a great view of the ocean.
Excellent service all round: brilliant with my little girl, providing so much for her that we had our first enjoyable family restaurant meal. Waiters go above and beyond. Food was delicious. Highly recommended!
I've always had good service at this Primi Piatti. The food is great. In the winter I love the fireplace and in the summer the views are amazing. I miss the Berry Nojito that used to be on the menu.
Always an absolute winner to grab a table for the beautiful Real Primavera on nights you just don't want to cook. Always a fabulous dining experience!

After a beautiful day at the beach as we were driving back to the hotel we felt hungry so we decided to stop for a bite and by the corner was the primi, we went in and already a girl came to my baby brother, started chatting with him as she took him to the kids play area they helped my baby brother make his own pizza and he really enjoyed playing in the play area there is a warm feel and a great over look of the beach and from expected food at primi never disappoints. The manager is also very hands on I told him how much I loved the place and he was very pleased to hear
A new favourite of ours even though we have passed it almost daily for 3 years without visiting. You have to go a long way to find fault in a Primi menu choices, how can you say no to delicious pizzas, pastas and burgers mixed with exotic cocktails... All Primi's have a good standard and quality of food but it's something about the staff at Tableview, especially how they happen to go that extra mile that make it an even better food and social experience. The view of Table Mountain is just an added bonus.
We visited again yesterday afternoon with some friends who brought their 10 year old son and the waiter went the extra mile to make sure he was looked after.
You'll be sure to find us back here again and again.

Yesterday we went to Primi Piatti for dinner with friends. The food was amazing ... As always but we waited close to 45min for our food. I understand it was busy but if the kitchen is delayed at least advise the people that.
I always have had great service here and food, found prices reasonable and enjoyed the ambience. Waiter attentive and never needed to look for him . Will be back.

I was incredibly happy to be back in Cape Town at a Primi I had been to many times before, after having such an awful experience at Eastgate in Joburg. I visited with a friend and her one year old son and it was a great experience from the moment we set foot in the door. A waiter carried the baby seat to our table, ensured we both had some time to eat while he held the baby and entertained him. The service all round was excellent. The food was excellent and as always I will come back to this restaurant time and time again. Our waiters name was Joseph and he really made for a lovely eating out experience.
Really good place to go with the kids - they have a 'make your own pizza' area just for the little ones and that keeps them occupied whilst waiting for your meal. Staff are always very friendly and welcoming and the food is very good (especially the pizza).
This is one of my favourite restaurants in blouberg. I always have good service and great food here and the view is fantastic as well.

This is one of those restaurants you visit again and again because you are guaranteed consistent food quality and service. It is often full, and that in itself speaks wonders. Wholesome, yummy Italian inspired food. I love the Californian pizza with streaky bacon, and the Fillet Al Fungi. Add a Strawberry daiquiris and you are all set! It has a beautiful view of table mountain out of it's panoramic glass windows, which adds to the experience.

I had previously given a 2.5 rating for a really bad visit but decided to give Primi another try and was pleasantly surprised. The service was good and the food was amazing. I had the california pizza and it was really tasty.
Can say with confidence that Primi is synonymous with consistency and I like that!
Primi Tableview and Primi Constantia are certainly on par with quality taste service and presentation but where Tableview has the edge is most definitely its unmatched location!

To enjoy a great meal with awesome company and fabulous service while having the magical opportunity of viewing the majestic Table Mountain and the ebb and flow of the waves makes for an all round fabulous experience.
Thumbs up to the freshly chopped garlic!!!! There's garlic and.......there's garlic!!!! Garlic is one of my favourite accompaniments and when its fresh and supplied generously it tips the scales from GREAT to LOVED it!!!

Primi use to be one of my favourite places to go until we had an incident with the manager whom believes the client is never right! Yes they have amazing Pizza's and yummy cocktails but hey without great service the food means nothing however with saying that, the waiters are probably of the best, always friendly and energetic a little on the slow side when they have a full house but I do know they can only move as quick as the back of house when busy...
So all and all my views on Primi are, good food, good wine, good waiters just Management that needs to step up a little to make things flow a little smoother and maybe get a few more hands in the bar and kitchen when you know it's going to be a busy night and get to know your regulars and appreciate them more....
Been there plenty times, food always good and waitrons super efficient and friendly - its one of our favourite places to have lunch on a week end - highly recommend - view is awesome !!
Primi Piatti, Tableview, is an excellent location for a Saturday brunch, especially after a raucous night out! Their pasta is an excellent hangover cure. Service can be a bit slow, especially if it's busy, but if you're able to take it easy and look out at the beautiful view, you probably won't notice!
Still a great venue with great menu. The food was delicious and fresh ingredients added to the flavour. The staff are incredibly well mannered and well trained. They greeted us with the biggest smiles and really added some magic to the evening. We were a table of 3 and all 3 of us are gluten free. All of their pasta dishes come with a gluten free pasta option and so do the pizzas. Primi Table View is a winner and we will definitely be back soon.

Food is good just a normal everyday experience not something special, but a good view.
It was midweek on my birthday and ordered delicious Recca pasta. Both wheat free and normal. Highly recommended and the portion size was sufficient. Parking was easy downstairs and toilets were right there in the restaurant. Beautiful views of the sea and table mountain. Not many places in the world where such a view can be enjoyed while eating lunch.
Wonderful evening spent at Primi! Sat close to the crackling fireplace on a cold winter's night, spectacular views! The food was both prepared, and presented, in a lovely way. The pizzas were tasty, all fresh ingredients, superb waitering and bar staff, the manager is top of his game! We had a relaxing, unrushed evening. Will definitely recommend!

Food good overall, but carbonara was not the best.
This was a masterpiece! I had Chicken Campagnola and the perfectly smooth, creamy sauce with just perfect amount of herbs melted my heart. ❤️ my husband had the Prego Chicken and also said it was great choice - meat not too pink, not too dry, great seasoning. If you are in this area of Cape Town, go there! + the staff is very nice and kind.

If you want food that hits the taste buds like the view of the mountain stimulates the imagination then this is the restaurant for that. Good pizzas are a given so I'm not even going to go there. I'm going to describe a healthy meal I have had here since day 1.
Two delicious chicken skewers delicately prepared and placed atop a crispy fragrant flat bread. Order a creamy pepper sauce (yes.. the one that actually has real pepper corns in) and enjoy a guilt free (almost) meal as you get annihilated by the exquisite mountain view. I usually grab a carafe of Pinotage Spier (totally quaffable) and melt into the evening surrounded by happy faces and warm hearts. A legendary restaurant. A jewel 🔥

This is a classic Primi with both great food, and a spectacular view as it's placed right on the beach front.
We ordered some beer, which I found to have a good selection thanks to the craft beer on tap and some pizza's with the family.
We ordered a Moroccan Chicken and a California among others, we found these to have lovely thin, crispy bases with great flavour, only to be improved by the cheese, tomato and toppings of our choices. These are really awesome.
These are enjoyed best with a drink and watching the sunset as this Primi has to have one of the best views available.
Right near the beach, grab a pizza and watch the sun dip just below the horizon.
Being a regular here I just have to give credit where credit is due. Never had a bad experience here for the 9 years I’ve been dining here …
Always a warm welcome and always asked where we would like to be seated and never too much trouble when asking for anything.

I really do recommend the zucchini fries and the chicken livers peri peri … my two firm faves with a good bottle of Groote Post red wine ..

A very large Primi restaurant. You are bound to get a seat, even on the busier nights. Still always have been close to a fullhouse in the evenings. Calming atmosphere, with a nice view over table bay. The food is amazing, just as what you are to expect from such a name. Won't be disappointed.
