absolutely my best Calistos experience yet. we are often at the klip river road Calistos and that is always fantastic and the bedfordview Calistos also really good but the sun city Calistos was just outstanding. the quality of food was just awesome and the staff very nice people. well done Calistos keep it up.😎

I am always afraid of the food court at Sun City. This was a pleasant surprise. Food was great and even though they were very busy they were very efficient.

Excellent Portugese cuisine. Well priced, good service from waiter. Try their house special seafood rice, its amazing. Grilled chicken was perfectly cooked. Everything was on par, I will return.

Nice variety to choose from.
Waiter was friendly and helpful would definitely eat there again and recommend it to visitors.

Hands down the best restaurant in the entertainment centre. So much so that we ate there on two consecutive nights. Brilliant food and great service. Their signature seafood pot dish is outstanding and packed with flavour and seafood. Thouraghly enjoyed it!

Dropped in at Calsitos as part of a “traveling dinner” to start off with some starters. Being just two of us, we decided to share their highly recommended espatada. Presented very well with a sauce that really added some extra flavor. From a food perspective, really excellent. Our waiter wasn’t the most enthusiastic. But overall a good experience.

The Food Musketeer

30.04.2017 My eyes lit up when I saw the Calistos at the newly revamped entertainment area at Sun city. Besides there were some other drool worthy places to eat at but this was my favourite. I was hoping they as good as the Gillview branch and I must say they came pretty close.

Our waiter brought us Portuguese Rolls and their famous chilli in a small dish not like the bowl's at Gillview. Nor was the rolls as big. My mom and I ordered our usual, which is the full Peri Peri LM Chicken mild with Milho Frito, the Portion size was great but the sauce wasn't as thick and yummy although it was good and the Milho frito was slightly different. It was still enjoyable. We ordered more rolls to take home and finish our Chicken later. My sister and friend ordered the trio of starters where you can pick 3 items off the list. They had the Calamari, Chicken livers and something else.

Our service was great and our waiter was very helpful and glad we had almost the same experience as gillview.
