I have been to the best seafood restaurants in South Africa and Kommetjie is by far the best!!!!’ Huge prawns, tastiest calamari and mussels . Best chips!!!! Best wine as well. Friendliest staff. It’s a have to have!!!!!

I've been here with my wife on a Saturday evening during the Rugby World Cup. Great Atmosphere, excellent food, the mussels marinaires were to die for and the Seafood basket was very filling. We had a nice bottle of lutzville sauvignon blanc and for dessert... a portion of calamari ! Highly recommended!

The real deal - fresh fish battered in delicious crispy bear batter. And a beautiful sea view. Will be back!

Delicious seafood and we were very impressed with both the taste and the presentation of the food. It's clear to see the chef takes pride in their work.
This would have been a 5 star if not for the waitresses. The two waitresses that served us seemed not to be interested in serving our table, so the one passed us to the other. And both of them were rude. Not even a smile or the basic courtesy of trying to be friendly.

Food is of high quality. Setting is beautiful. Wine list needs some work. Most wines on the list were not in stock.
