Celebrated my 21st birthday here and had such an amazing experience! Thank you for all the staff for making my day so special - lovely atmosphere with the best food to host events !!

I had a french toast with fruits and a cappuccino and it was super delicious. Service was really friendly and welcoming. Definitely also a variety for breakfast :)

Just a nice chilled and great vibe at this place. It was so cozy, went back on a packed Sunday-They smiled and wished me a warm welcome back. DO try their carrot cake! OMG!😍

Had my sons 21 st here. Everything was wonderfully organized . The food platters were outstanding catering for 40 plus hungry students and the staff were so efficient . The atmosphere was electric and welcoming. Coming from KZN i managed to do all the planning with the owner and his assistant from Durban . Highly recommend this venue !

The best chicken strips I've ever had! Super nice laid back vibe. Outside is great for people watching too. And they have Windhoek Draught on tap, which is always a win for me. Plus very good and friendly service. Free WiFi too.

I recently decided to host my 21st at The Meeting Place and was blown away by the quality of food, service, hospitality and atmosphere. Everyone from the manager to barmen were both extremely kind and accommodating. An intimate space with loads of personality, perfect for any scenario, be it a quiet lunch with your family or a lively skud with your mates. Thanks so much guys!

What an amazing little gem. 😍 Visited here after a hike at Jonkershoek and the little water mist spraying things they have outside were a delight in the heat and the house music just rounded off the chilled vibes. Ordered the butternut salad with chicken and it was soooooo goooooood. The crunch of the toasted coconut flakes. The crumb on the chicken strips. The soft feta. The dollops of mayo. It was absolutely divine and would drive all the way back just to have it again. Definitely worth a visit.

Cute little breakfast spot, I had the Shakshouka for breakfast and it was top notch. Was a bit annoyed with the service after we moved tables. Was very well received and our server that helped us when we sat inside was great, she was attentive and friendly. We moved tables and got a new server or should I say servers because we ended up flagging down one of them ehen we needed something. But overall a cute and well decorated space with amazing coffee and Shakshouka 🤘 #keithdlikes

I've had the privilege of having breakfast at the Meeting Place a few times and it has always been lovely. We recently had our business launch event as a private function there for Campfire Coaching and it was an amazing experience. Despite load shedding, Willus, Andrea and their team were quick to jump in and change up the menu from Warm Platters to partially serving cold platters initially. A back up speaker was provided, there were lights on when we got there and an amazing vibe. Once the power came on, we were treated to the most amazing platters I've had in my life. First person feedback included: "If I had known the platters were going to be that good, I would have brought a lunch box" Well priced, accommodating and willing to go the extra mile to have it exactly as you imagined. Thank you to the team at The Meeting Place, you'll definitely be seeing us again!

Went there on an evening where there was live entertainment. What a nice and cozy atmosphere! Friendly service and great food and wine. The menu is limited, but there is something for everyone to chow on. Nice selection of wine and drinks as well. I would highly recommend teying out The Meeting Place.

Great breakfast. Load shedding put a dampner on the coffee experiance. Looks like Hollandaise sauce had been sitting under the lamp a little long. Took a fraction of a star or for minor delays in service as I had to go to the counter to pay cause we needed to leave and couldn't wait any longer.

This is one of those gorgeous getaways right in the Centre of Stellenbosch! The unique concept and design of this space add so much. Their decor is basic yet it stands out, with a cozy vibe for those looking to have a drink or a great coffee. They have some quirky aspects, such as cereal of their breakfast menu! Definitely worth a visit!
