One of our favourite places to go in Stellenbosch. Always a welcoming feel. The food never disappoints. Great flavour combinations, beautiful presentation and well balanced.

This is Jewel of note. The Venue is intimate and rustic. Servies is good with staff who know their product and make you welcome. Although the menu is not extensive. The food is simply out standing. There's a well priced Business lunch special, which is well priced, and you get a free glass of wine too. It goes on until 3pm too.
The food at Jardine is simply amazing! There is a limited selection (3 starters, 3 mains, and 3 desserts), and you can have either a 2-course or a 3-course dinner. Considering the size of the dishes, I'd recommend a 3-course dinner.

We were seated in a quiet place by the chimney. The menu changes often and I have read other people have been disappointed on other nights: our dinner experience was fantastic!
Appetizer: Yellowfin tuna and citrus ceviche
Main course: Aged Chalmar fillet
Dessert: House baked brioche pain perdu, Coin
Good service and good food. Guaranteed quality. A tad pricey.
Great restaurant with sophisticated organic food, fine wines, elegant, detailed and, the same time, simple interior.
Must visit & worth travel. Not for a quick bite, great for dinner and a deliberate lunch.
