Melissa's looks colorful and inviting. Our waitress was top notch. Welcomed us, introduced herself, gave small intro into their service delivery expectations, gave recommendations on menu, ensured food arrived together, checked in every now and then if everything is ok etc. So service was excellent and with a smile. They have their own brand mix of coffee which had a unique coffee taste that I liked. Desserts was fresh, not too sweet and tasted delicious. I had pancakes for mains and it had a unique cherry compote and served with a smooth almost cream cheese spread. The pancakes did taste a bit crumbly. Prices are in same range in most of the cafes at the mall, which for me is a bit on the expensive side. It worth the experience to experience at least one visit to Melissa's
