The environment and food go beyond expectations, the staff are polite, the managers/owners are very hands on and always came to ensure if we were taken care of! The menu is extensive, allowing everyone's taste buds to be fulfilled! The quality of the food was very good indeed and well presented. Chatters is a place for a relaxing and calming day out with friends, one could even have functions there. Space is beautiful and both cold and warm weather is accommodated for! It was a lovely visit for our Breakfast Club gathering and one which will be considered another visit in the future!
I just love this little gem. Great atmosphere, great decor, fantastic ambiance. I've had many a breakfast here and the food never disappoints. The portions are also satisfying. The presentation is executed well in a rustic, vintage manner. The service is a bit average ... but if you have good company you can bite that bullet. There is a tiny garden outside for small kids to play.
Will I go back ? Yes, again and again.

Chatters is a great book club venue as you have a private room with space for the books.

Friendly staff members! Delicious food with a lot of flavors. They have a wide variety of food to choose from with some South African dishes like bobotie. It is a calm environment with the greenery surrounding you. It is kid friendly with a play area.
A lovely hidden away gem of a restaurant, filled with home made bakes and jams to purchase as gift options as well, art and old fashioned ornamental gifts. Various rooms to choose from to be seated in, as well as outside, surrounded with trees and an outside play area for kids. The breakfast and cheesecake was pleasant and so was the staff, maybe get an extra waiter as the service and wait was a tad slow.
Definitely some of the best Eggs Benedict around, especially at the price! The standard breakfast was also very well prepared, mushrooms were very flavourful, eggs were cooked to perfection. Baked cheesecake was really nice as well.
The milkshakes were sadly not as amazing as many reviews here are claiming, they are standard milk and ice cream kind of milkshakes. Nothing bad, but nothing special either.
Only two issues we had:
1. The muffin in my Eggs Benedict was toasted too hard on the bottom for how dull the knife was - either toast less or provide a sharper knife.
2. The cream on the milkshake was sour.
With my sister's babyshower from planning , costing and on the day the friendly helpful management and staff made it hassle free. Was probably one of the easiest events I've had to arrange because of how efficient they were leading up to our event. The bonus on top of all of that is that we had a fantastic high tea experience with everybody complimenting the delectable cakes and yummy savoury treats. We are very impressed and will definitely recommend this beautiful setting not only for functions but also for everyday enjoyment if you want good food and wonderful friendly service
Cutest little coffee shop! Magnificent breakfast and such a good selection. The drinks and food are all presented so well. Old school milkshakes, and I highly recommend their eggs benedict.

Best eggs benicted in town, i have ate at every cafe and restruant and chatters's is by far the best i have ever tasted, i recommand it 100%
