Sushi was unbelievable fresh and tasteful. Our party had the salmon roses, sashimi and some handrolls. Portions are generius and definitely high quality. We will be back!

This is a well established restaurant, now in its new venue. Good Sushi as well as a good a la carte menu. Nice venue and staff are friendly and helpful. They also offer a take-away option.

Such a wonderful restaurant!

The moment you walk in a waiter is ready to escort you to your desired table. The staff is swift and well groomed; have good taste in regards to food.

I would highly recommend the Crunch Rolls - they are superb!

All in all: the service is swift, the food is delicious and the ambience is on par (except for the occasional song which smashes it to bits.)

Succulent sushi, perfect prawns, delicious dorado and superb sole. The food was 10/10. Service was quite slow, but it was ok, because everything else was wonderful. So glad to have found this gem.

If it's sushi you are craving then look no farther than Blue Waters. With a dedicated team of trained sushi chefs headed by Gu, you will not be disappointed. They are in their new venue which we think will be super popular. Well done to owner Jannie and his team, for consistency and great food.

What an absolute gem!!! I came here for the first time today and was highly impressed with everything from the friendly service to the decor to the delicious meal! The sushi is possibly the best I've had and their sashimi and salmon roses are loaded with salmon- a lovely change from all the places that offer thin cuts and too much rice. Beautifully presented and my hake/calamari combo was loaded with flavour. This place is perfect for a casual lunch or an intimate date. Will definitely be back!!

We went to check out the new venue for my birthday. Love the new restaurant, it does the quality of their sushi justice. Most of our party ordered sushi, of course! Hands down still the best Sushi in the Western Cape. Some of our party had various other seafood dishes that all looked delicious. Not the best service in the world, but not the worst either.

Absolutely fantastic sushi. Possibly the best I've ever had.
Love that there are non rice options too.
Sublime setting, lovely ambience, excellent service.

Absolutely delicious, fresh & well prepared sushi. Good atmosphere, good service. Highly recommend them. Even the fact that they were able to accommodate my little sister who doesn't eat seafood, by allowing an order from next door!
