Awesome family lunch at Cattle Baron with a stunning view! The steaks were delicious and the side dish portions were generous. We'll definitely be heading back there again. Outstanding level of service.
First time going to Cattle Baron and it was awesome! The ambiance is very welcoming and relaxing. Our waiter Donald was very attentive and polite ; also the manager Sebastian was very funny.

Hosted a 70th birthday lunch for 20 people. This cozy restaurant has left the best impressions! The delicious dishes, beautiful presentation and the best ocean view. I recommend to everyone! I would definitely be back.

Decided to visit the Cattle Baron again for an early dinner with my girlfriend.
Obviously avoided the rush as it was relatively quiet, nice and quiet. Sat with a great view over the bay through the large windows. Comfortable atmosphere.

One of our favorite places to go for dinner. And definitely worth the price. This time we were totally surprised with the sirloin steak and pepper seasoning and the presentation.

Lovely restaurant, clean and well managed. In addition to the normal Cattle Baron menu, there was also a buffet meal which only cost R85 per person for pensioners. Non pensioners are R99. Nice meal and well worth it.
Still one of the best places to enjoy a good steak and delicious side dishes. The lighting inside the restaurant is a bit lower than it needs to be for dinner service but all in all I can't really complain

Very good food. The chocolate mousse, however, wasn't very chocolatey and it was quite dark in the restaurant even though there were cute table lights. I asked for a second one at our table of four so that I could see what I was eating. Perhaps the house lights could be on but dimmed?
We tried the Cattle Baron at the new Whale Bay Shopping Center and it didn't disappoint. Best steack I ever had. The staff was friendly. However we booked and asked for a table near window and were seated next to entrance, the table that was furthest from the windows. Ruined the mood but the dishes made it up
This Cattle Baron has great sea views. Staff are friendly and well trained. I had a very tasty wagyu beef burger. The atmosphere is a bit lacking, but all in all, it was a pleasant experience.
Came in with my Nana and we had so much fun. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. We shared a chocolate mousse and it was absolutely delightful. They also have an amazing staff. Fully recommended this restaurant.
Great food-especially the steaks are very recommendable! Took the Chateaubriant medium which was really tasty and super tender. The service was super nice and attentive. Unfortunately the restaurant is placed in a mall but you have a nice view at the ocean.
