Awesome Place, great coffee and cake, but the menu looked so good we'll be going back to try some of the breakfast and lunch dishes. Friendly staff and owners and a nice vibe. Highly recommended.

Very interresting Restaurant, great vibes and music. Very friendly and professional staff, fresh food, reasonably priced. Loved the wall seat setup with the scatter cushions and blankets. Truely a home feeling!! Would forsure reccomment a lot of holidaymakers to come visit you!!!

Just one thing, there is no designated parking spots for Good Life Café, you don't know the Gym and the Restaurant is the same till you get in there, or unless you know the place. First timers wont know.
The other shops leave you nasty notes on your car if you use their parking spots, although you also support them.
Thus Designated parking for this great Restaurant is highly reccommended. Just a bummer if you had a really nice time eating then returning to your car with a note from the Meat shop to tell you not to use their parking...its a bit childish to say the least!

Lovely Cafe and gym in 1 the food is good and the type where no matter what you order it's got avocado in it kinda healthy vibe and affordable customer service is a bit lacking but if you are patient it's manageable

The best coffee on the South Coast. Wasn't able to get a toates cheese and tomato as the ran out of cheese (which is weird to me) but the chicken mayo was very tasty and hot! Would recommend!
Great little stop for a coffee and light meal. They have the option of a drive through for those in a hurry or sit down and relax. You can get your car washed as you enjoy the freshly made espresso base coffee
Always receive good food, friendly service, and a wonderful atmosphere! We come from Gauteng and always make a stop here when down in Shelly.
Lovely place with good vegetarian food and great service from Thabsile a new but attentive waitress was great.
