Sea point now has a player in the authentic and really delicious Indian curry game! With amazing value and soul warming hospitality this should be enjoyed by all. Thanks to Mustafa and his staff.
We came across this restaurant by accident in Cape Town . We were craving for Gujarati food . The Resturant was serving only Panjabi food . The owner told that we can accommodate. They made khichdi , kadhi, sev tomato sak, Brinjal and Potato sak . The food was out of this world . Owner , Rohitji , Chef Brijesh & Vandna Patel went out of their way and made us a very delicious food . I recommend every Gujarati person who visits Cape Town - check them out .
Had a great experience. The food and service was nothing short of amazing. Will definitely find myself going back soon. It is great comfort food that will make you feel better no matter what.
The best Indian food in the mother city, I was stunned to have such brilliant food outside India, the food is just Fab, the location is amazing, the staff so loving and of course our Lawrence Bhai is the best, the place has something to offer for everybody. I am out of words to describe this place and really thankful that such a place exists in Cape Town for vegetarians like me otherwise I would remain hungry for most of my stay. Truly truly the best food that you will get and don't forget the customer service is even better than the food. They treat you like their own. Thank you for this touching experience and of course the delicious food.

Mast jagya che, ane jain khavanu male che
I ordered a medium butter chicken with a garlic naan through Mr D. The food arrived promptly but the butter chicken was mild, which was disappointing but it did taste amazing and the naan was great to.
Yes please! Hidden Gem in the heart of Sea Point.
I could eat here everyday.
Compliments to the fantastic chefs!
Nice and cozy, great for every occasion.
Simply irresistible, we do not go to Sea Point without going to Ninety One!
I usually have the Palak Paneer (without the cream) hot, and if you can handle it, xxx hot available on request. At own risk.
Tandoori platter excellent for sharing.
They make sublime vegetarian and non-vegetarian food.
Banting friendly.
Bf and Parents equally impressed.

Love our local curry spot! Always yummy and hits the spot every time! All the paneer dishes are brilliant! Very underrated curry spot. Must try.
Best butter chicken curry in Cape Town BY FAR!!!!!! Goes amazingly well with the butter naan and onion rice.
I have no idea about the rest of the menu cause there is no point ordering anything else.
Lovely restaurant, very spacious. Extremely clean and neat. Was easy to locate on google maps. The service was good, very quick. We ordered a variety of meals for take away and they were all delicious.
The food is very delicious
The best chicken masala dish
Then butter chicken and chicken tikka
The butter naan and cheese naan are excellent
As for the biryani rice, it is normal

I went to this restaurant after seeing so many positive reviews. Coming to the fact, if you are looking for a good ambience and cosy well setup Indian restaurant then this is not for you. This restaurant has basic cafe kind of seating set up with less privacy. When it's crowded, you feel like you are in a coffee shop. By the time we went at the night, it's not too busy. The taste and quantity of the food is adequate. But I can see they are adding lots of food color into the dishes which is a bit not happy. Service guy was saying that's their style if making food. But that is not natural. Food color should come as natural. Not the green curries too green and red curries too red.
And the drinks options are very less. We hardly got J&D whiskey. No premium whiskies available.
Ambience - Average
Service - Average
Food - Quality is good except the food color's, Quantity is adequate and Taste is good as well
Pricing - Very much affordable
Worth visiting for nice food for affordable prices.
Suggestions: Please minimise the food color. You guys may be using it for presentation, but natural color's are always good.
I came here for lunch one day when I was craving some Indian food and I - for the most part - enjoyed my meal.
The service was a bit slower, but that didn't bother me at all because I was in no rush. I ordered the Samosas to start and they were ok. It tasted like there wasn't that much filling in them and they were kind of small - they were ok, but kind of disappointing. Everything else I had tasted great though. I had the Chicken Vindaloo with a side of Basmati Rice, Aloo Paratha, and Garlic Naan. The curry was wonderfully spicy and had so much flavor and the rice was cooked just right. The garlic naan tasted really good and I really enjoyed the paratha, it had the right consistency if that makes sense (it wasn't too thick or too thin with the potato filling). I really enjoyed my meal and enjoyed sitting outside and taking my time.
best Indian restaurant I’ve been to in Cape Town. Had the palak paneer and it was flavorful and spicy to my desire (for all the spicy peeps). The butter chicken was also really good and they served big portions. like Indian food? This is the one to try out
Probably the best Indian food I've ever had. So many vegan options. Everything was flavored well and the portions were big. Good service!
Spectacular Indian food: the butter chicken was prepared with care; you could taste the smokiness from the tandoor. Ingredients were all fresh and made to order: the mushrooms in the mushroom basmati were fresh, the garlic naan was thin and textured.
The value is incredible.
However, the owner needs to invest better in his business. The patio is exposed and needs hedges like the other businesses beside them. The employees also need to be treated better: they seemed burnt out and unempowered. The manager couldn't even trust them with the wi-fi password to provide to diners? The interior is dark and unwelcoming and needs better lighting.
The food is worth the detour but it'd be a shame if the best way to enjoy it is through food delivery.
We waited really long as one of us is vegan and it says explicitly in the menu that vegan food takes about 1h longer- but the waitress was very friendly and kept us lauging.
Food was really good and big portion but not exceptional thus 4/5 stars
I’ve enjoyed Indian Food all over the world, and this is still my favorite spot for the cuisine. I’ve only experienced it as take out, and it’s delicious and spot on every single time.
Authentic enough for an Indian restaurant distance from India. Service and food was very prompt and friendly. Our waitress, Praise, was very friendly. The man bread were very fresh and offered great compliment to the curry dishes. Well done
