Really fantastic vibe and excellent service! Also some really good vegetarian options available which is great.
Has date night and opted to try out different cuisine. Ambiance was vibey and very busy as expected for a Friday night. The waitron who took care of us was very pleasant and attentive to our table. Always served with a beaming smile and shared some recommendations which were helpful as it was my first time eating mexican. Had enchiladas, which were amazing to say the least.

Beautiful outdoor area! My cousins and I came to eat at Salsa and that day was extremely hot... roughy around 34 degrees. Thankfully the area we were sitting had mist coming from a machine, which was lovely given the heat.
Service was excellent! We were presented with complimentary tequila shots which tasted quite nice. The waiter also knew we were with a minor so he gave her a non-alcoholic version so she wasn’t left out. The food prices and portions were amazing! Roughly around $8 nzd for the pizza chicken quesadilla. In New Zealand we do not get prices like that so low, the quality was amazing as well. We also ordered jugs of slushy margaritas, they were fantastic and tasted lovely. Again the prices were lovely given the portions. Would definitely come and eat there again next time I’m in South Africa. Another plus was that there was live music from the restaurant next door, the sound filtered to where we were sitting so it wasn’t too loud and we were all able to have a nice conversation.
One complaint I have was the bathroom, although they look clean they smell quite foul. It seems like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks.
Salsa is hands down one of my favorite Mexican spots. The food and cocktails are great and there's always a lively vibe. I've been to the one in Bedford as well and it's not different. Definitely worth a try.

Love salsa I had the pulled pork quasidilla and my word such a great BBQ sauce they use very very tasty and reasonably priced

We are treated so well at Salsa. We’ve hosted two birthdays there and they were both awesome. The managers go out of their way to make you feel like family and even offer a free shooter on arrival. The nachos are our favorite...huge portions and packed with flavor. Absolutely amazing.
It was my first time at Salsa Mexican Grill today. The classic poppers are incredible. We shared the nachos and we were full and there was still nachos left over. The nachos were tasty and flavorful. Only critique I have is...why the hell am I paying for sour cream...that comes standard at any restaurant that serves nachos????
Alas...the true shining beauty of this place besides the good food and good vibe is the staff. The service from our waiter was incredible. There was a manager called Nikita, he has an incredible personality, makes you feel at home and is one the reasons why I’ll go back anytime!!!!
Wow! Loved the cocktails, burritos and litchi flavored shots I had! The 3 types of burritos are so yummy and filling and I only managed to eat 1! Amazing service too. Lekker vibe
