The owners went above & beyond to accommodate our family of 2 adults, 4 dogs & 2 cats on our move down to Cape Town. The accommodation is absolutely beautiful & peaceful, the food is phenomenal (literally the best curry I’ve ever eaten) & the owners are lovely people! Will definitely be visiting again & recommending this gem to friends & family driving down to come visit us.
Loved my stay here. The rooms and establishment are beautifully decorated. There was nothing I would change, staff and owners were helpful and lovely. Best part was that they are very dog friendly; fenced gardens and their onsite restaurant allowed dogs. Opted for dinner onsite, the food and service were both on point. The town was nice for stroll, with little shops and an interesting looking museum.
Just perfect! The decor is beautiful. We stopped by for dinner - make sure you call in advance - and had an amazing selection of lamb chops, lamb curry and a wood fired pizza. The atmosphere is very special.

Rooms very nice and unique. Didn't have air-conditioning but had a wood fireplace and smal blow heaters. Electric blankets on the bed, pillows a bit soft for our liking, beds were great. Super tasty breakfast and friendly staff. Loved it.
What an absolutely stunning bed and breakfast. They truly strive for their guests to have an experience and be spoiled. There is even an outside bath at one of the rooms. Next to the main garden is a nook where I can probably spend hours reading and drinking tea. The karoo padstal also belongs to these owners so expect an incredible breakfast. I have never experienced anything like this stay and I absolutely love it!! Good job, Richmond!!
Fantastic, wonderful, excellent!!! Lost for words, welcoming hosts and staff, absolutely friendly. The place is very clean, beautiful and safe. Meals from the restaurant were so amazing,I am definitely coming back, enjoyed every moment. Thank you.
Amazing rooms and an amazing sight to see, almost a little village on its own once you are inside, the food was phenomenal and so worth it, you just keep looking around because there is SO much to see like watching a still movie while you eat.
