I went all the way from London just to have lunch for my birthday in this restaurant, we have arrived before our time but we’ve been served anyway.
The food it was delicious, specially the garlic bread on a pizza base!
The service was fast and every single person that came to our table was polite and smiling which makes the meal even more pleasant.
The only down side is the prices that are on the high side, due to that I’ll not be able to return as frequently as I wish.

Wet, cold and windy Sunday afternoon in November about 5.30 so midway between lunch and dinner and therefore few customers. The food was delicious and the service spot on. Last time I visited I think I said the steak was the best I'd had for years and it was just as good this time. House red is pretty decent
Beautiful food. Tbl for 5. On a very cold night in winter. Only comment was it was a bit cold.
However Staff= exceptionally good and even better food. A lovely evening. See you in the spring 10/10
Second time my family and I have been here. Last time was over 5 years ago and the food and customer service is at its best! Authentic Italian food... So far the best I've tasted in the UK!
The location has one of the best views of royal harbour, food is cooked with perfection with the real Italian touch, staff is very friendly and helpful, the prices are reasonable having in consideration the ingredients and quality of food.
Highly recommend for lunch, dinner or special occasion.
Nduja/gorgonzola chicken was pretty bland, but the rest of the food was good!
Only had drinks a nice friendly pub dogs allowed downstairs but no food in the bar if the restaurant upstairs is busy but nevermind good beer and atmosphere hardly changed it 40years still love it.
Great value food, generous portion size and really bloody tasty too!
What a wonderful lunch we had at La Magnolia for my birthday. Weather was lovely so we had a table outside looking over the marina. All the staff were super friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious, nicest pasta dish I have had in a long time! We had the chicken, wrapped in Parma ham, cheese and a mushroom sauce. They were very accommodating by swapping our chips out for pasta which made the dish amazing, should come with pasta all the time! Lovely starters aswel. Reasonably priced and well worth every penny. We will definitely be back! Only downfall was I was so full up I couldn’t indulge in the chocolate fudge cake and ice cream so will make sure to leave room for that next time!
