Wow wow wow. The whole experience was high dinning in a comfortable and don’t forget affordable back drop. I would go again and again so that I can try all of the delicious food. Yummy!
Great tapas style food. Quality produce and homemade sauces like tahini cream and aioli makes for a delicious meal.
Excellent food from a pared down menu of freshly made tapas styled dishes. All four of our choices were enjoyed. Lovely service from our smiling waitress. I would only suggest that they offer wine by the glass as I was with a non wine drinker and a bottle would have been excessive. Also, more caution in wearing masks should be observed by the owner and the staff..
Fantastic food, only regret that we could not taste all the dishes because we were too full :) Very imaginative sauces served with the tartar, wonderful soufflé. Little quirks and inventions with the sauces made all the difference. Ordered the short ribs as well - very nice but a bit boring compared to the other dishes. Service people were so warm and authentic - all in all a dinner we will remember long after the rest of our trip will be forgotten

The food : The best I had in Prince Albert. Not a lot of dishes, 5 or 6, but all executed to perfection. By one men, in the kitchen, in the middle of the room. Rock star material if you ask me. The Waygu beef was amazing, the portions generous. 3 dishes for 2 people are plenty, plus a desert.
The Mood : Homey Vibe, not a lot of tables, very casual and relaxed, great atmosphere with the chef meters away from you, doing his magic
Basically the kind of place I would eat at twice a week if I was living there.

If this place was in London or New York, you wouldn’t be able to get a table without a massive waiting list and 10x the price tag. The food is inventive, superbly well thought out, the products used are of excellent quality and the very unassuming chef is lovely. I wish I could just eat there twice a week.
We were fortunate to be visiting Prince Albert as host Jeremy held an inaugural feast since the easing of COVID lockdown restrictions. Locally sourced, delicately flavoured pork was the star of the show, and the exceptional meze starter was a particular highlight of his charcuterie skills

The most incredible dining experience. The service, the food, the price tag!! Exceptional pork shoulder deliciously prepared over 24 hours. My wife and I will be back!!
