Nice McDonald's location in Pretoria Town. Very large with plenty of parking spaces and a drive through. It is also very large and nice inside with many different types of seats for small and large groups. There are places that are quieter too for those meeting or working. You'll also find charging sockets on virtually all of the seats by the walls.
The food and service is okay, but in-store service is slower than the drive through.
This particular store is very interesting. It has very efficient drive-thru systems. The inside of it is also quite different from the usual McDonald's store. The space is clearly designed as a work space. There is even a soundproof boardroom space where people can host meetings. It also has ample parking space outside. Situated on a spot that's easy to get to. So, if you would like to have a quick meeting in a spot that has plugs for your laptop, this particular McDonald's store should be a good option for you.
Last time I visited here, I ordered a wrap, normally it comes with a sliced tomato. But this time it didn't, I was so hungry that I didn't have time to explain. Then when I was done, one lady working there was passing and I asked her, she apologized and said she will find out. Later when I was leaving the store, I met her and when I looked at her, she said, 'oh, they say we are out of tomatoes'. she apologized again.
So I was like but the one who made the food could have at least said something about it before they gave me the food instead of just remaining silent while they know that what rheu did wasn't supposed to that way.
But generally, the restaurant is always great and fast!
Dinning in is just okay...
They play music too loud, they manager too listen to the requests.... even in extreme cold weather the aircon is on.
No very impressed.
Toilet need attention.
Kids area need to be opened again.
Quick and very nice snack.
I enjoyed it and service was quick.
Keep up the good work for a late night snack.

Always fast and effective in the morning. I been trying to collect the McDonald's stripped socks but with no luck. Bought three times in one week but I always got the McDonald's fries socks. Now I have 3 pairs. Where can i get the red and white stripped socks from McDonald's?
Very clean and friendly staff. It was such a cold day I wished there was a heater on but it was a good experience none the less
The McDonalds is well situated when entering Pretoria from N14.
Service is reasonable at this store and food quality is good. Loads of parking and the drive-thru is quick. Great coffee and cakes are also on offer. This store has also been revamped, so looks awesome.
You don't what long for food here. And there are not many people mostly, making it peaceful and relaxing place for work and dates
