Delforno Hatfield is a home away from home.
My favorite pizza is the Lino's pizza. This pizza is vegetarian and has the perfect balance of flavour.
The Best way to have this is to add some black pepper and a little of chili - it's addictive

It was an all round really good experience. I enjoyed the friendliness of the waitress and that she played along with our jokes. The deep fried burgers the guys had looked super interesting, and they said it was delicious. The girls, myself included, all had butter chicken pasta which was extremely tasty. The pasta was slightly over cooked though which spoiled it a bit for me, but overall it was a really good dish. We had a lovely night out, and we will definitely visit again.

I have eaten at Del Forno 4 times in the last few weeks. It is cosy quasi open air (half the tables are inside) family Italian eatery in Hillcrest Shopping Centre. The atmosphere is good. The service is friendly and efficient. Management us charming and welcoming.
There are daily specials on offer and a standing unbeatable every day double pizza special. The Wednesday special is a remarkable "deal" for couples.
The menu is good and pricing is affordable. The wine list is adequate with a daily "happy hour" from 4h30
This little eatery is a gem not to be missed.
Parking is in the shopping centre. Wheelchair friendly. Clean toilets

Besides the bland pizza and pasta. This place has the worst service. The waiters are nice and frankly they can do better from themselves. The one time I actually was stranded with what to eat for dinner resulted in me trying out this place. The person taking my order was a rude,stuck up, clueless and sorry excuse of a worker. Maybe it was my race but he acted as if he was the one paying me for the job 🙄. Worse still, he was so rude and dismissive of the other waiters. After this upsetting encounter he told me that certain pizzas were not on the special only to be told later by the waitress that they are 🙄. The pizzas took ages to be done and very underwhelming. Never going there again i would rather eat bread at home and drink water. ❌❌

I ordered the Nachos pizza from here. It was good, it was nice and spicy, the nachos were a bit chewy though.🙅🏽 To be honest I came here out of convenience and won't necessarily return, I feel like I get more value for money at Romans pizza 🤦🏽♀️ I've also had a similar pizza at Col'cacchios and it was TO. DIE. FOR. And well worth my money. <br/><br/>The service here is alright, I didn't experience any problems.

Terrible service. Ordered a gluten free base pizza which was served cold and soggy, and when returned to the kitchen was told "this is how gluten free pizza is made here". When I replied I have never experienced this before, even from the same franchise and restaurant, the manager dismissed this and held fast with his narrative.<br/><br/>Never have I been served such a soggy mess.<br/><br/>Save the frustration and give it a skip.

The Zucca is the best vegetarian pizza I have ever had! Delicious! And with added bacon is also nice for the meat lovers. I order to deliver and the service is good, timely and friendly.

After deciding to give them a second chance I had another very disappointing experience. <br/><br/>The cutlery was dirty. We ordered a bottle of red wine which was served closer to lukewarm than serving temperature. <br/><br/>Ordered the vegetarian zucchini which was burned to the point of being inedible. <br/><br/>To end off a very poor experience waitress had to fumble with more than one card machine to allow us to pay while the rest of the staff was packing up tables and chairs and pushing in delivery motors cycles all before 21:00.<br/><br/>I will never step foot in this branch again and would suggest that the franchise owners pay close attention to this specific store that's ruining an otherwise lovely brand!

DISGUSTED -RAW PIZZA!<br/><br/>I ordered a Bellisimo pizza, sparkling water and glass of red. I asked for the gluten free base on the pizza and extra feta. The waitress came to me after I ordered and asked if I am allergic to gluten, because if I am they can bring it to me raw and not expose it to the oven. I specifically told her that I am not allergic and am just trying to be healthy, I don't mind if they even bring me a normal base. The pizza arrived 30 minutes later ice cold and with grated cheese that is not melted. I asked the waitress did they not put it in the oven? She said NO, she forgot to tell me but the Bellisimo is served RAW?! I told her immediately to bring me a takeaway and the bill. Starving.. I took the raw pizza home and cooked it myself.. R200 later. I will NEVER eat at a Del Forno ever again! If you're reading this, please learn out of my mistake and avoid this restaurant at ALL cost!

I was quite excited for an Italian eatery opening close to my doorstep and also that they offered delivery for take aways. I love pastas and Italian food, but unfortunately on all the occasions I ordered any of their pasta dishes, it was really never good. Pasta needs cream and I tried the beef and lemon chicken options - sadly did not pass the taste test. I do however think the pizzas are good. I can only hope the chef rethinks his recipes for the pasta dishes.

This is my default place. The pizza is not the greatest you will have, but it is fair. The pasta i found was bland and did not have enough flavour, though on the upside the portion was rather generous. Their burger special is always a winner though. The service is good and in a general sense, it is a restaurant that you wouldn't be disappointed in, but you won't be wowed either.

Popped into Pizza Del Forno for a catch up with a friend . The place was quite warm inside which is pretty useful considering what winter in Pretoria can be like. <br/>We shared the Oreo Cheescake which was quite lovely - not too creamy and still quite fresh even though it was the evening. <br/>Their house rose is also quite nice .

Before this place was quite small but after the extension it's really nice. Lovely for a pizza after you need to do some in essential monthly shopping at dischem and woolies. I love the atmosphere here with many students sometime around. The favorite part is that I can almost go everytime for dessert opposite to aroma 😂

Had a delicious Le Greco pizza at Del Fornos. <br/><br/>The pizza was delicious. It had fresh, generous toppings and was perfectly cooked. <br/><br/>Unfortunately, the service is very slow and they seemed to confuse some of the orders when they eventually came out.

The chips was not fresh with the breakfast even though we were only two people. The cheap breakfast and the expensive breakfast hardly differs with food content. They forgot the mushrooms... The waiter was nice though as well as the coffee

Pizza Del Forne, altough a pizza restaurant, has delicious burgers. The chicken burgers are fresh and very tastefull- especially the fried chicken burger with peri-mayonaisse.<br/>I have only eaten Pizza Del Forno as take away, their delivery was fast and efficient and I was able to pay with a card. They have a nice special for R50 which includes a burger, chips and a cooldrink of your choice. A well recommended take-away restaurant and a nice variation from the usual.

I really like this del forno. The pizza is decent, and the staff are super friendly and welcoming. Often times I've been snooping around the pick n pay next door wondering what to cook that night, and I've just gone over to del forno and picked up a special instead. No one at home complains.
