The Stone Cottage is absolutely lovely. The scenery is so beautiful and of magical. The natural sounds of the surrounds is quite majestic and peaceful. Full relaxation.
I will however add that I wish the internal roads to get to the Stone Cottage would be repaired for a better drive. Small cars would not be able to drive back to the reception if it rained heavy. My car struggled just a little bit due to the pot holes and water. That includes the gravel road to get to Rosemary Hill Farm. If possible I would recommend that the tar road be extended just a little bit.
I would also like to add that perhaps a small closet space could be provided for guests who would wish to stay for longer. And lastly if you could perhaps add a big outside light by the hot tub outside, that would be nice. We would be able to find our steps during the night. Also some small guide lights to and from the Greenhouse at night.
Other than that, the overall stay and the activities and the stay were lovely. Top class with beautiful personalities.

Such a beautiful place and so kid friendly. The kids enjoyed the hike. There's a lady by the name Susan who has various activities for kids at a fee.
The kids had so much fun with the tie dye, painting and swimming. She is so accommodating.
Fun was definitely had. Next time we'll be sleeping over.
We recently had our wedding at Rosemary Hill.
And wow, what an experience. We booked into the accommodation the night before, and it was amazing! The rooms were so clean and everything was pretty accessible.
The following day when we used the rooms to get ready for the wedding, it was even more beautiful. The team was so helpful and willing to assist with anything.
the day flowed so smoothly!
Our guests raved about how much fun they had and how good the food was!
If we ever had to have a wedding again, we’d do it at Rosemary Hill again!

Went for a wedding. Absolutely lovely venue, great food, super friendly people. We didn't stay so I can't speak to the rooms or amenities, but the general public bathroom was clean, and the baby changing station was fully functional... Unfortunately there's a bit of dirt road in and out and I got 2 flat tyres so that's lowering the stars.
Great,beautiful place to be. I enjoyed my hiking with Wifey. Trails not challenging, good for beginners and bikers.
I would recommend that people come to this place. It's very nice and cozy.
We rode the trails on the far side of the road and they were very well maintained and easy markers to follow.
If you are a novice rider, watch out for the cantilever bridges (3 of them), aside from that an easy ride with plenty of beautiful scenery.
We held our wedding at Rosemary Hill on Thursday the 2nd of November and WOW!!
I would recommend this venue any day. The staff are an absolute godsend when it comes to the big day. The moment we set foot on the property, the team was there at every turn to assist us with everything. I can't even begin to describe how grateful we are.
Carryn, Nadia and Team, thank you for making our day one to remember. We had nothing but smooth sailing from day 1 of planning and preparing for the big day. If I could give a higher rating I would but, know that we appreciate the effort and determination that was put in.

We recently booked the Big Pod for 2 nights. We are a family of 5, 2 adults and three kids, aged 14, 10 and 8. The unit is small but perfect for a few days stay. The upstairs area has a large double bed and two singles. The main room downstairs is small but comfy.
The kitchen is great, however doesn't have a oven. The outdoor braai was great and even though you're close to other other units felt secluded. The unit had a airconditioning unit and more than enough blankets and pillows for a cold winters evening.
The dining experience was one of our best. The breakfast options were delicious and the dinner menu was beyond our expectations. Really wholesome and delicious meals. Well priced considering the portion sizes and quality of food. During winter the fireplaces really set the ambulance.
Our kids spent most of the time there on their bikes. Really recommend taking your bicycles along. You can rent bikes there but they aren't in great condition. There is a toddler course, 5km, 10km and for the brave 33km course. Along the same course is a hike but it's very flat, not very challenging.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the well appointed for little units. The natural surroundings were beautiful and we always felt safe.
We would highly recommend a visit. In our experience the off seasons are probably the best time to visit.
Such a lovely place if you’re looking to host your event here! I had a very pleasant experience with Caryn, extremely professional, knowledgeable, and quick responses. Caryn and her team was incredible in guiding me through all the steps from originally not having anything planned to choosing a venue, getting decos, food dietary and organizing everything.
Caryn has provided me with timely and detailed advice and definitely felt I was in good hands for the entire way through. She is very detail-oriented and made an overwhelming complicated process less stressful.

Excellent wedding venue offering 4 different locations on the farm to suit your style, from Ballroom glamour to barn style. Additional Greenhouse cafe for a beautiful wedding ceremony and awesome reception with great facilities. Highly recommended.
