I think this is the best health shop I've come across hey. People who are on a diet and want to start eating healthy and changing their lifestyle, you really need to give this place a try. They're not just a restaurant but a store that sells everything healthy be it food,ingredients, Herbal tablets etc etc they have everything.
I went here for lunch and since it was my first time I tried the tofu skewer. The couscous on this dish was amazing. And to top it all off it's so cheap!!! Healthy eating at an extremely affordable price! I expected to pay so much more but for two people the bill came out to under 100bucks.

I was pleasantly surprised by how amazing this restaurant is. It is combined with a health shop where you can get all sorts of beneficial 'goodies'.
The service was fairly decent and the waitress provided me with good recommendations.
I had their cappuccino and a grilled Aubergine sandwich on rye toast with a side salad. The sandwich was tasty and was generously topped with mozzarella cheese. The side salad was freshly prepared with lovely pieces of feta cheese and sprouts. My lunch came at a bargain price of just R50. Fresh, healthy, delicious and cheap - what more could one ask for!!
I'm looking forward to trying out their tofu skewers and soup special on my next visit!
Decent variety of vegan and vegetarian options. I had a tofu skewer...it was delicious. Average service, the waitress was attentive but just a bit slow

Service was slow but why such a high rating? Guys it was worth the wait hey. I realized that everything here is made fresh and most certainly worth the wait. Food is extremely nutritious and extremely cheap. I will say that this is the most healthy and most delicious option for anyone on a diet or even for pure organic food. Take a stroll in the health shop after it'll surprise you.
Perfect timming I just made it as the last batch of buffet items was about to be cleared how lucky I am. I got to try the best chicken pie I've ever tasted and some really amazing veg. I love the title its so punny: going back to our roots, the place is truly rooted to wholesome fresh food. They unfortunately only have powered wheatgrass and semolina but everything is quiet tasty even the strawberry smoothie with a very peculiar color. The service style is a little random but I thoroughly enjoyed the food.
For something different my friend and I visited natural life as a study break. We were pleasantly surprised at how reasonably priced their meals were, as well as the range of foods they had to offer.
We each had a wrap and smoothie, and thoroughly enjoyed our meals!
Natural Life is a health store and café. I really like going here when they have their buffet lunch. They have it everyday and it starts at 12. You pick whatever food you want and have your plate weighted for the amount. It's popular because you see people milling around waiting for it to begin. The roast chicken pie and sweet chilli tofu are amazing. You should also get one of the fresh juices to accompany your meal.
Everything on their menu is healthy and tasty. Love their lunch buffets. The butternut & feta 'pie' is a big favourite of mine. Love going there!
Natural Life shop in Brooklyn .Great food, everything healthy! Waiters were very friendly, but service was a little slow. Prices was fair, with big portions.
Natural Life Health Shop is in Brooklyn Centre in a corner next to Woolies - the exit at the perfume counter.
It is a Health Shop with a few tables.
On Saturday morning I stopped by for some well earned sustanance in the form of an omelette.
A selection of fillings are available - I chose fried onion, Cheddar cheese and fried tomato. The omelette was soft and fluffy, oozing a large serving of melted cheese. Inside were delicious thinly sliced red onion and tasty tomato.
The side salad was fresh, crunchy and delicious.
If you watch what you eat and are in the vicinity, do try them out.
They also have a harvest table from lunchtime

The shops looks better, the eateries looks better. Just you might not notice how big it is 😅 there is two different parts and I didn’t noticed the big part , my husband found it 🤭
I enjoyed being here, as usual.There is a knife show this weekend and it is creates a different shopping experience; festive. You only have today to experience it.
Love this mall. Not too big and not too small either. Easy parking. Nice shops. Card machines at parking stations not always working and loadshedding affect a lot of shops.
This mall is not too crowded like other malls. I loves it. Whenever I go there, I don't struggle to get a parking place. It's a clean place....with nice restaurants 😋.
Beautiful mall. There are many restuarants to choose from. There are also a variety of clothing shops. Great location.
After getting my bearings hahaha 🤣 started getting the hang of the place. Really helpful staff ready to point you in the right direction and it became my go to for everything I needed from clothes to a dinner out. Perfect spot.
Honestly speaking, it was my 1st time at that Mall and even though I didn't spend that much time there,the service and assistance from the people there was of great class. Found help to find the shop I was looking for so fast and the way that Mall looks, it's beautiful. Would love to visit it again soon🙂
If you really want to have a great shopping experience, Brooklyn Mall, is the go-to mall. You can enjoy yourself in whatever you're planning to do and when you're done and finito you find that you are thanked by paying next to nothing for your parking time. The most that I have paid is R10 after I have been there for almost forever. Brooklyn Mall is the place to be for your shopping and other enjoyment.
Has great restaurants outside and is clean. Has a good variety of options to choose from when shopping
Probably one of the best malls I've ever been at. It is quite relaxed, quiet, the parking lot is well secured and provides shade.
