I had an issue earlier today with regards to my order but the manager called to address it. I went not so long ago and got assisted by the Manager Peter and the service was top notch and the food is amazing. It's admirable how they care about what their customers say and try to make it up to them. The gesture is appreciated, thank you.

What stood out for me was the service I received from my waiter. Otherwise the food was great too. I had their beef burger combo which was good. For dessert I had the Spur Canyon, popcorn caramel which was very tasty. The only reason they are not getting 5 stars for me is because they advertised a certain special on their Facebook page which I went there for only to get there & to be given information to the contrary. Otherwise it's a great environment.

Very attentive staff and great food. We had dinner so it was not overcrowded. Would definitely recommend.

The waiters were very nice and made me feel at home. They seemed to be really enjoying themselves. The food was very tasty, me and my friends ate our desserts there and the malva pudding was fresh and it tasted great. The milkshakes we ordered were also good and were value for money. Genuinely I had a great experience and hope to get that treatment again. Loved it.

My friend and I and our dad and his friends had lunch a few days ago at this spur. We got burgers and chips. The burger was very good; as always with Spur it was very good quality and freshly made. The burger was very delicious! Like, as someone who loves food, I enjoyed it..I was filled and actually quite stuffed after this meal. The meal is quite filling. The serving staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our meal. This spur has a family- friendly atmosphere. We came with 2 kids and they played in the play area; it kept them busy while we waited for the food. I would highly recommend this restaurant; I had a great time. Good job Spur!

They could improve their service otherwise the food is great and the staff friendly. Edit: After my review, Spur's response was heartwarming and promptly. They reached out to hear me out and took the matter serious. As a customer I am humbled to know they take our dining experience serious. Going back to the restaurant, the improvement was visible. I am happy to return over and over again :) Thank you Spur.

I was skeptical with my first delivery order as I am used to dining in. However, to my surprise, the portions were good and tasty. Opening my package filled my home with the flame grilled aroma that highlighted my experience.
