The food was well prepared. The chicken specials being run are very good value for money. Not sure why they don't accept amex cards yet amex has provided them with small bill folders which advertisers for Amex
We have never had a bad experience at any Spur Steak Ranch in the country. The visit we had over the weekend was not the best, but that was because my son was sick all over the floor and we had to move. The manager was there in an instant with cleaning products and assured us that everything is fine
I loved the food we ordered, the service was great and the atmosphere is wonderful. It's a perfect place for the whole family to eat out while the kids get to play and have fun.
Downs:
The burger with mushroom sauce that we also ordered was a let down, the sauce was just big lump with mushrooms.
The food is great atmosphere wowed my kids played well and were comfortable felt a little bit safe .
My only challenge was the waitress kept talking in her local language whilst I was struggling to hear her since I am not from around. I think if you see a person speaking English all the time it's no
Everything was just great. The meal was out of this world. Our waitress was amazing and patient. My daughter really enjoyed her birthday.
I made use of the pensioner special and it was good value for money.
There was not the usual shouting masses of children in the playroom - which made it a really nice experience.
Situated in Brooklyn Mall there is ample safe parking and clean, accessible bathrooms.

I never come across such lovely reception and hosting from any spur ,the staff are extremely warm,welcoming , patient and lovely indeed,they really do care for their patrons ,it's the best spur ive been to this far ,thank you for the excellent service

We always enjoy visiting this Spur. The staff are friendly and the kids enjoy the lovely play area. We enjoyed my 4year old's birthday there this afternoon and it was such a wonderful stress free experience. Thank you!
A few weeks ago I forgot my phone at the Brooklyn spur and the manager kept it safe for me till I came back for it ! 🥹❤️ I’ll forever be grateful and their service is always amazing .
They exhibit genuine care for their customers, maintaining the exceptional taste of the food that I cherished since my childhood. Moreover, they offer the added convenience of a designated smoking area.

The waiter was extremely friendly, she came to check up on us a few times , even told us about their specials. The table was nice and clean. I would definitely go back
