First time visiting this venue after they have moved and remodelled. Great looking venue, waiters were all courteous and friendly. Some of the foods we were served was great and others not so much, which is fully understandable when catering for 30 to 40 people as a group while your restaurant is packed.

Family vibes during the day, as sunset comes it has the adult hangout vibe. Cocktails aren’t their best trait, the food is good. Kid friendly but the kids get bored after an hour or so cause they don’t have much options for children. Lots of beach sand so wear flops to be comfy. Very nice, relaxed environment. It’s a really long drive from Jhb. If you’re from Jhb just look for another place closer rather. It’s not worth the drive other than a tick off your list of places to visit.

So the new name is Paralia. They have upgraded the restaurant area very nicely. They have an immense drinks menu but very flimsy done on printed A4 stapled in the corner. Not very professional but at least you have alot of choices. Very disappointing menu in terms of food. Very limited choices. Previous "At the beach" restaurant had alot more variety to choose from, but the food I chose was very well made. Prices are a bit on the high side so be prepared. Overall the atmosphere is nice.

We visited on a Sunday afternoon and experienced a chilled vibe. The kids enjoyed the open play area and I loved that I could watch the kids play from our table. The menu is limited in variety but the food was enjoyable.

This place looks awesome ambience atmosphere sadly the food is not good. I live in the UK an am visiting our beautiful country. I have travelled all over the world. So I know good food an sadly my tummy not good with bad food. So needless to say I was ill. The concept of the sand etc is very good just cook your food fresh.

Currently known as Paralia la Cuchina. It has a beach feel to it. There are couches, tables and chairs (inside and outside) where you can sit. It is advisable to make a booking. Newly renovated. The food is delicious. Drinks are reasonably priced. Toilets are clean. Music is nice👌🏼 Great vibe There is a small play area for kids

I visited The Beach Restaurant for the first time and I enjoyed every moment 😊 The service was over the top and man the food was delicious. I'll definitely become a regular here, because why not!

Great place to visit on a hot day. There's a play area for kids and a sitting place where u can monitor your child at all times as they play. There's an inside lounge area for party celebrations, and the bar is diverse. Very clean toilets and great service from the door throughout. Lovely place indeed. Will vist it again soon

Just as many other places in Pretoria, the bar/restaurant is a bit in the middle of nowhere. But it’s a beautiful big space, best to visit during nice sunny weather. It really gives you a beach feeling. The staff is nice and friendly and the music gives you good vibes. From now on for the whole months they have a bunch of cocktails which are half price. The drinks are good and the prices are fair. They also have a food menu. Their fries were really delicious and our friend loved the ribs burger. But my tacos 🌮 unfortunately were quite tasteless. Would be great if you could add more flavor 👍

Good place to eat lots of food at an affordable rate. These images of the food cost less than R600 including drinks. Would get a 10+ stars if they installed more cooling fans around as it was oven hot in the restaurant.
