I recently stopped by Royal Danish Ice Cream 🍨 , and it was an absolute delight. The variety of flavors they offered was impressive, and each scoop was a burst of deliciousness. The shop's ambiance was charming, with a cozy interior and friendly staff who were more than happy to offer assistance with flavor choices.
The ice cream itself was creamy and rich, and they even had some unique and inventive flavors that piqued my interest. Prices were reasonable, and the portion sizes were generous. It's a perfect place to satisfy your sweet tooth on a hot day or simply treat yourself to a delightful dessert. I'll definitely be returning for more scoops of happiness!

Not a very flashy outlet, but definitely a top scorer on tasty ice cream. Adding chocolate/caramel sauce in the suger cone before the ice cream is definitely something I’ll go back for.

My fiance and I always get ice cream here. We've been going on dates there since 2018. And we've never been disappointed. I love the wide variety of flavors. I absolutely love that the scoop size is worth your money and the waffles are to die for, especially the pecan waffles. Today I had a junior cone with 2 scoops, mocha Almond fudge and butter pecan. This was enough to fill me up. My fiance had Copenhagen and dark chocolate. Their vanilla is absolutely spectacular if you're a vanilla type of person like me. They also have oreo here and there, rum and raisin and bubble gum among many other ever changing flavors. They also sell dairy free ice cream in little tubs and they also sell, 2L, 5L and so on. The place it whimsically decorated and they have an outdoor area with mist sprayers for those hot days. Beautiful scenery altogether. I've never had better ice cream than the ice cream at royal danish.

I went there for the mocha almond in a cone but it wasn't on offer of the day. However, I was pleased with my order. The waffle was very fresh and yummy, soft with crispy edges, and the ice cream scoops well-sized. Service is good and the staff friendly. I'll definitely be visiting again next time I'm in the area!

The ice creams are so yummy and delicious. I had the Copenhagen and Butter Pecan. Two scoops are more than enough. I just wish the cones were a bit softer, it's too hard and crunchy. Although some people might like that.

Wowzers! Absolutely adore this place. The staff are friendly and super patient, luckily for me, because I had to really take my time to decide what flavors I wanted lol.
I chose the lemon and bubblegum flavor and what I appreciated is that the ice cream wasn’t extremely sweet that it becomes sickly. It’s balanced really well.
The caramel sauce is sweet but makes the ice cream so luxurious.
Overall, it is a bit pricey but definitely worth it.

Royal Danish has be around for a long time, and is an institution in Hatfield. The ice cream is great, as is their caramel sauce. The service is great, and the atmosphere is cozy and relaxed. It is a very unique place, without trying to be different. Definitely worth a visit when in the area.

Limited vegan options but it's better than none. Had the toffee and the berry dairy free ice creams and they were very nice. I'll definitely go back again.

What an amazing little icecream shop. There are some really fun flavours to choose from for both the more sophisticated taste buds as well as thise who just like to have some fun and explore strange and wacky flavours. The shop has a few seats inside and some table outside. All the staff members wear masks and parking is available around the corner or in the front. The icecream scoops are served either in a plastic cup or in an edible cone. For those who really like it there are some take away options available with some larger tubs.

Absolutely love this ice cream parlour!!!! The quality and friendliness is of great quality. I had a unique peppercorn strawberry ice cream. They have large double sugar cones a yummy combination. The decor is also unique and rustic.

We have visited there a few times, they have very friendly service, and you get helped quite quickly as well.
There's some interior and exterior seating space, and you can order to take away, too.
I have left the best for last, the ice cream is amazing!

We have been going to this location for last ten years or so. It generally is always busy, filled with happy people who have also been going out for ice cream here for the last number of years of their lives. Basically a beacon of happiness for many of us in Pretoria, just like the ice cream! Thank you Royal Danish Ice Cream.

Very nice and quite. The waffles was fantastic...loved everybite...they offer extra sauce I reccomend it, it is delisous. Ice-cream is full of flavour and quite a few flavours to pick from.
