Good service and food was fast - GRANTED NO ONE IN THE SHOP. the actual chips we ordered was average but was a good spot to relax and get some work done.
Very friendly and polite staff. Very quick service. Meal was perfect ! Will definitely go there again. Highly recommended 👌
My experience was good, but not great. Steers serve good food, not precooked plastic, but unfortunately not every outlet or franchise have someone who can prepare the great Steers chips the right way. This was one of the occasions where they got the chips totally wrong. Crispy does not mean extra oily.
So i ordered 2 wacky Wednesdays on Wednesday (Obviously) with 2 rave burgers and a large chips. Waited halve an hour for my food which was okay because it was super busy. What was not okay though is that they forgot one wacky. As one would guess i was not very happy and complained on facebook. They then contacted me within a day and said i could come and collect my wacky and have my money back! I was happy enough with just getting my burgers, but the money back was a nice added bonus. Really impressed with their customer service. Just hope it does not happen again :)
Oh boy, don't do delivery!!! I cannot emphasise this enough: DON'T. Cold food arrived an hour late with a driver that drove off with my change (fortunately less than ten Rand). Food was probably good to start with, but by the time I got it I could have repaired a shoe with my pattie. Manager seemed nice at least, and must have pretty strong eardrums to have dealt with me on the phone after my order disaster, she promised me a 50 percent discount on my next order. Collection works fine, but DO NOT DO DELIVERY!

The manager was true to her word and gave me 50 percent off my next order. I can confirm that food ordered and collected at the restaurant is really good! Review upped to four stars from one. At least they always go above and beyond to fix mistakes.
Very quick service, however I did not feel save as there were guys about 3 roaming around outside, so wont go there alone again after 17:30
A great place to eat if you're craving a nice beef burger and cheese covered chips their milkshakes never disappoint... but not always for someone on a budget

So far satisfactory, but Wednesday the 8th of March at Lorraine outlet the worker standing at the chip machine putting fries into packets according to orders but eating from the fries also which I thought was unhigenic
