Food is delicious, but because it is made fresh. Waiting period, when restaurant is full, might be too long for some people.
Service is very good. Just some slip ups here and there, but who does not have this from time to time. Very friendly staff and when you go there regularly, it actually becomes like a family hang out.
Atmosphere is chilled and layed back. This is not a place to have a quick bite.
Great little space situated in a huge mall. When I need to work, the ladies leave me alone and top up my coffee when it looks low.
Awesome value for money, generous food portions, tasty food and an abundance of friendly helpful staff. Baywest Mall is lucky to have this restaurant.
Always a relaxing atmosphere and welcomed break in between shopping. Friendly staff!

Had a great lunch on Saturday, friendly and proffesional service by our waitress Charne who gave just the right amount of attention and was flawless in her service. The meal was top class and will recommend Bayleaf to all our friends .

Very pleasant experience! Nice atmosphere for lunch. Really fast & good friendly service . The food was nicely presented and mine was great. My husband said his steak could have been better... therefore 1 star has been lost - otherwise all was good.
