Review Wimpy (greenacres) - Port Elizabeth

We were able to bring our balloons and cake as part of a party we arranged. We just had to pre-arrange with the manager

the food was great ...maybe because we chose the right burger....the kiddies menu was a let down when the food arrived. my 8yr old was not satified with the size of the kiddies burgers. i recommend breakfast ....only. the desserts on the other hand were good with a variety to choose from.

This Wimpy is amazing ,the staff is very friendly and welcoming,The food looks and taste delicious,the service is very fast .The sitting is very cozy and relaxed. I love it here .

It's always a great experience to eat at Wimpy Greenacres. Service is excellent and you don't wait long for your food. My personal favorite waitress is Linda, very sweet and kind. She is very professional and endures that you are happy with what you have ordered.

Excellent food and service - you can't go wrong. Just be careful as their tables may cut your feet because they are very sharp.

Thanks to Saadeah for leading with good service! And responsible check ins. :) However, I do feel like Wimpy could improve on their survey admin for customers. Perhaps a more convenient survey station would be of great and quick convenience at front of house. And continue having hand sanitizer at entrance seeing that it's an eating place.

My partner and I decided to go for a late breakfast and the only place we enjoy going to for breakfast is Wimpy. We decided on Wimpy Greenacres in PE. To start off with we ordered a regular coffee (R29.90) and a regular Coke (R22.90). My partner ordered a Hashbrown breakfast (R56.90) which consists of two fried eggs, two rashers of bacon, a portion of hashbrowns and a slice of toast. I went for the Double Up breakfast (R67.90) with two fried eggs, two rashers of bacon, two pork bangers and a slice of toast. Both breakfasts were served with butter and jams separately. We shared the hashbrowns and the pork bangers. The food was great, the portions decent and all in all good value for money. We did, however, leave the restaurant rather disappointed. We were still contemplating on whether we were going to order something else to drink when the waitress came to clear the table. She did ask us whether we wanted to order anything else but she had the bill with her already. Let us face it, being presented with a bill if you did not ask for it feels as if you are being rushed. Maybe that is the way the restaurant operates but it is a definite no-no for me. Maybe we will visit Wimpy Greenacres again and I hope the next time we will not leave being disappointed.

As a food food and service expert in the hospitality industry i have never experienced the warth and excellent service in a WIMPY anywhere in SA. Well done to owner and staff for consistency deleviring good quality food and SERVICE. Regards Robert Bekker

Loved it. Recommend the wimpy cheese and boon smash burger. The staff are amazingly friendly and the service was great. The first time I've enjoyed going to wimpy in quite a while.

We were in a hurry and they served us in record time. I give them full marks for this. Our breakfast was good too.

Linda gave such a great service! loved her.
