One of the best Spur's to bring your children to play. The play staff is absolutely fabulous, so warm and caring. Well done, keep it up. As to the food, food is expensive, not great quality and service lacks. We sat 20min before someone took our order, however with that being said, once order placed
The atmosphere was awesome, I received the best customer service ever. The bubbly and friendly waitress by the name of Zikhona delivered. Thank you for the experience Zikhona and compliments to the chef!
The food was delicious. Our waiter was attentive and courteous. Even the manager checked in at least twice to make certain we were satisfied.
Did not get menus from receptionist on arrival. 10 minutes later a waitress arrived and we asked for menus. She pointed at two copies of one special on the table. I insisted on full menus. We ordered drinks, myself a soda and my wife tea. After 8 minutes I received my Coke. Another 10 minutes went

Fast and friendly service. Steak was 100% soft and juicy. The only downside was the onion rings, it didn't taste well. Spur was nice and clean.
Typically, Spur steak restaurant. Food is fresh, tasty, and quick. Always a good spot for an in-between shopping break.
We went in the middle of the week, so it was quiet, but the staff was brilliant and so friendly.
The service is excellent but twice in a row I have been served cold food which is not a nice experience.
