Love this place. Come back every year from the UK. The staff are so friendly and the food and drinks are great. Such a viby atmosphere with live music and sports to watch and love the local feeling.

Got to love Mexican food! Very lekker spot with good food all round and a unique selection of beers 🍺 on tap. Nice venue with live music on occasion. Relaxed vibe to take some time out.
When I first visited Surf Cafe on the last night of my holiday, a few years back, I knew I’d found somewhere special and was only sorry I hadn’t stopped in before. I’ve recently had the opportunity to spend more time here and I’m yet to be disappointed. Really cool, laid back attitude with friendly and attentive staff. Open Mic night on Wed nights shows off some amazing local and visiting talent and sport is available on screens as well as a big screen for major events. In my opinion, everything a pub should be. 👍👍

Service was absolutely outstanding. Our waitress would so attentive and quick! The staff all seamed to work together like a well oiled team, when the kitchen and waitstaff were busy the bartender even made rounds checking on those drinks and taking orders himself. Talk about going the extra mile — and increasing those sales with his personal recommendations. Best service — all places should do this
Food was soooooo good we could have ate here for every single meal while we were in town. Ever since Mexico I have been craving Mexican food and Surf Cafe satisfied that need to the max. Food came out incredibly fast!
Atmosphere was chill and relaxing, fresh air.
Price was good!

This was exceptional, it was Springbock time and the restaurant was bursting. Nevermind the pressure, the food was still excellent and so was the music prior to the TV time. Tremndous Springbok athmoshere then.
Cosy and beautiful restaurant with good and professional service! The Indonesian curry was a little spicy and delicious. Also the whole atmosphere with all the surfboards and the live music really improved our impression!
The family and I popped in for a quick bite on a chilly evening. What a pleasant surprise. Great atmosphere, interesting food choices with a Mexican flavor, and service to match!

Love surf cafe, staff are super friendly and the 9th day of November 2023 I couldn't expect to meet the singer Mr Dax butler he made my day I love his music and i even bought his album well done surf cafe we love you 😍 keep the good work we love seeing the happy faces of the staff.
Food is of great quality for the price... and the vibe here is great for an evening out with friends!
Love love love this place!! They played awesome music, had good drink prices, friendly staff, good food selection, and a pleasant view. They also have good wifi here. I would definitely frequent this place often if I was a local.
