Best smoothies ever, only but from them, beats Kauai hands down by far. A variety to choose from to match your mood for th day. Food is fresh, wholesome and value for money.

Definitely worth a try if you're in Pinelands. Ingredients are ALWAYS fresh, and taste is good. Quite pricey, but portion size is fair. I take the wraps without dressing otherwise they're too soggy. Good selection of Smoothies, and Halaal food a big bonus. Top picks for me are the coffee Smoothie with a Cajun Toasted Panini. They also make a decent Chai Latte.
I live close to Howard Centre so I get a smuuthie before I get onto the chore of doing my shopping at the supermarket. My favorite smuuthie has to the The Antioxidant - the Cacau nibs make it so yum!
Great little takeaway lunch spot in the Howard Centre offering delicious toasted wraps and paninis at a reasonable price . I prefer the wraps - more variety and packed with flavour. Definitely worth a try.

It adds to the list of healthy, quick and accessible healthy eating trend that is popular, and meets it well.
They have a huge list of smoothies! One that caught my eye was a pecan but and honey one, and an axioxidant one loaded with berries. They have a selection of health fillings that you can have in a wrap, panini or wholewheat toastie - i chose Italian chicken on a wholewheat toastie and it was delish!
Two notes, when ordering a coffee, you get a yum little cookie, and its halaal friendly as an fyi :) Not the cheapest, but well worth it!
Smuuthie is situated inside Pinelands Howard centre which doesn't slow for the best ambience however the decor is natural, clean, modern and inviting.
They provide healthy natural sandwiches, wraps, coffee and smoothies. Coffee is fresh and not bitter at all. Some of the wrap and sand which flavor combos are a bit too healthy for me and can taste a bit strange - however, they are still tasty but definitely for a more mature palate! Smoothies are freshly made to order and very different to your average health smoothie with different flavor and ingredient combinations. A must for a healthy meal on the go
Had a quick bite of samoosas, coffee and hot chocolate. Bit of a struggle to understand assistants due to their language accent, but was pleasantly surprised by the food and prices. Will definitely attend again soon!
This is our family’s FAVOURITE smoothie stop! We love to pick up a smoothie when celebrating special occasions… The coffee smoothie is my personal fave, while my husband’s is the Antioxidant smoothie. Our boys love the mango smoothie or the chocolate caramel one! The staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
Seriously yummy! First time there and I got the Mexican chicken wrap. So delicious, fresh and flavorful! You get options on the type of wrap which is nice too. It takes a little time but it's made fresh for you while you wait, so it is definately worth it. Very well priced, better than any chain store that sells smoothies and health food
I'm very much into good health and wellbeing. I'm not too fond of adulterated food. In this modern day, everything is refined, modified, crammed with colorants, preservatives, and ingredients you need a science degree to pronounce, let alone understand.
Malcolm, owner of Smuuthies, knows his stuff. The ingredients he chooses are only of the highest quality. The combinations of ingredients for the different flavour smoothies are complimentary to each other and very well thought out.
For example, there are smoothies packed with antioxidants, perfect for when focusing on a cleansing detox, there's one that targets healthy bones and connective tissue generation and repair, perfect for that old knee injury. You get my drift. The fact that they taste incredible doesn't hurt.
One might argue the prices are steep but that's hogwash. Compared with Kauai and Wellness Center it stands number one in all regards.
The service is just amazing, staff is always so warm, kind and energized! The smoothies are simply the best - thick, tasty, filling and so refreshing! Definitely prefer Smuuthies over Kauai - any given Sunday 😍
Fresh healthy good quality food. Bit pricey but definitely worth it in terms of quality and portion size. Cajun wrap/sandwich is a must. Excellent coffees/chai tea too.
Such delicious smoothies. The banana nut is seriously addictive. They also focus on trying for more bio degradable plastics.
