The food and the presentation was on point. Frontline counter staff was pleasant however my cashier... Was inconsiderate and rude... Whilst ringing up my order... A delivery guy appeared out off the blue and they both started communicating in Zulu.. Something about sauces.. Which she then handed over too him. This transpired for about 5 odd minutes then she turns back and starts a new conversation with the person on the grill... My guess is she was relaying the delivery guys story.. All this while.. I'm standing there with my 3 year old and looking at her wondering is this person even trained too handle the public much less take down an order..? #Baddd Nando's. Change the Frontline staff 🧐

So the food is always good and that's a great thing however this branch falls short on delivery its either late or mixed up by the staff or so.wthung else. Staff compliment needs attention in paying attention to details and ownership/management needs to pay attention to delivery matters surrounding the store. If it wasn't for the food quality I think this branch would have lost it client base a long time ago.

Amazing staff. Food gets out to the table and we'll presented. The menu isn't fully available. The coffee and hot chocolate is never available. The desserts? You can only get a magnum. Have to take your craving for the rest to another restaurant.

I've been eating here since I was a kid and the food rocks. While pricing has shifted in accordance with everything else, the quality of their food remains great and so does the service. Food is hot and fresh, restaurant is neat and spacious. Their chocolate pudding is the most chocolatey pudding I've tasted. Lots of nice menu items. This place is wonderful.

Service and food from this restaurant is always great. The only complaint is their systems go offline quite frequently, which disables you from ordering online or via telephone due to Nandos new contact center setup.

Great service. Fast delivery. One thing you can say is they are always consistent with flavour of chicken. Other branches. The taste differs. For some reason the hot Nando's here tastes the best. You order Nando's. You get Nando's. Other branches quality and service has dropped. But Nando's plaza is constant. Well played guys and keep it up. Actually feeling for a cheeky Nando's now 😍😅

I've been eating here for the past 15 years and I haven't had any major issues. While the franchise itself has lost it's consistency with portion sizes and pricing, the branch itself is pretty good.

Hi came into your store today and ordered my food as a takeaway.... I had receiving my order and When I got home I have noticed that there has my chips missing in my order .... I had to phone in and explain my story Sally I think the managers name was that I spoke to.... She said I must come in and she wil replace me he chips .... But I was angry with that fact that my kids was sitting at the dinner table and asking where is the he chips ... So Sally did ask me for my address and that she get a driver to deliver buy I couldn't wait that long so I had to go back to the shop and get stuck in traffic n stuff and my family was really angry. I am in URLs shop once sometimes twice a week .... and not feeling to good about this.
