This place epitomizes laid back South Coast living. Nestled in a beautiful setting, it speaks to just chilling, enjoyed the live music, and unwinding. We had an enjoyable breakfast. I love that it is pet friendly, and the fur babies are welcomed with open arms. Waitrons are super friendly, as is the owner.
Restaurant with fast and friendly service. Basset Breweries beer tasting and sales. Enjoyed our home made pies and pizza. Ample parking available. Seating indoors or shaded outside. Bass fishing allowed in the dam. Kids play area and swings. Pet friendly
Very nice setting. Dog friendly. Unfortunately, we didn't stay to eat as our dogs were getting to be a handful. Maybe next time, they will be older and better socially.
Absolutely awesome place. Had a great walk around to stretch our legs and then the most amazing lunch and super craft beer.
The boneless oxtail hotpot, done in beer, was the best I have ever tasted. The crust was crisp, and just so very light and melt-in-your-mouth. Also Unbelievable roasted vegetables.
Chris had a hamburger which was so succulent and delicious to go with his craft beer.
Fantastic service and the friendliest of staff make this a great place for a pit-stop.
And of course it’s pet-friendly.
First time here... beautiful, peaceful and relaxed setting, our food was great and the service was excellent... our two yorkies got so much attention, a bed, treats etc, very pet friendly environment, will definitely be back, well done Doghouse Cafe... keep it up
One of the best eating experiences we have had. Everything is made fresh like the Lamb curry pies and the ox tail pies. The craft beer, gin and rum, yes craft rum, was exceptionally good. All available for sampling and to purchase for taking home
Delighted to go back to my favourite pizza place on the coast! As always the pizza was delicious! Today I also had a cheesecake. The topping was as light as a mousse with a lovely, slightly crumbly base. Perfection in a slice!

We enjoyed it so much we forgot to take photo's! Our doggies loved the chewies they were treated with. The beer and gin tasters were really yummy!! The pizzas and sandwich and chips were more than generous and really tasty. Thank you!
