Do yourself a Favour and order their Sui Mai... Take it from some that knows Dim sum well
Very delicious and very well priced. Will be back for sure. Super quick take away service too. The dumplings are so yummy. A good variety as well. Looking forward to trying the pecking duck next time. Like the chili soy sauce the make.
Very friendly service and awesome sushi for soeone who doesn't like Nori/seaweed and I'm sadly; severley alergic to avocado. They have never disappointed. I wish they were on a Take-away delivery servuce though.
Good food chop pork suey very nice with fried egg rice. Place to go to for a quick reasonable priced authentic Chinese dish. Service not so good but I can handle it a bit. Masi
The restaurant was quite empty upon our visit. The decor is pretty but there isn't really any ambience - due to the size of the restaurant unless it is full it will seem quite strange sitting in a massive dining room which looks like a banquet hall. I would suggest they play some music to give the place some ambience. The food is good. We had the pan-fried leak dumplings, steamed pork bun, spring onion pancake and vegetable springrolls. They were all good (especially the pan-fried dumplings) except the flavour of the vegetable springroll had quite a strange flavour. We also tried their crispy beef and shangai beef. The shangai beef was delicious and tender. The crispy beef was a bit dry but otherwise good - the sweet chilli sauce was quite hot. We ordered noodles with it and the noodles were flavourful and cooked perfectly. The service was good and the waitress was very helpful with explaining and recommending dishes to us. Definitely will recommend this place and will go again.
Definitely one of my most favourite places to order from in the area. Beef oyster and beef black bean was very tasty. The sushi was absolutely amazing and fresh, especially with a great special , buy one get one free every day!!
Of the 3 occasions I have eaten sushi at Man Ho I have been ushered into the giant, quiet restaurant by friendly staff usually chilling by the sushi belt. This is definitely the most affordable sushi getup in Tableview/Blouberg without blinding floodlights or tanks of live sushi swimming about. On one of my sushi dinners here I had the opportunity to witness a group of businessmen and restaurant staff join together for a few rounds of karaoke... it really looked like a ball. Also, I cannot push my adolescent mind aside but MAN HO! :)
Love the place as it's quite authentic Chinese and being an Asian myself. It can be a challenge for non Chinese speaking customers. Dim sum quality can influatuate

There is something very odd and quirky about Man Ho. We got welcomed warmly by friendly staff, and ushered to our table. The restaurant was quite empty at the time, possibly because of the miserable weather and how new the establishment is, but the service was top notch. We were quite a big group so the round table arrangement was perfect for involving everyone in the conversation. The menu was great! It was a bit all over the place, but it had a little something for everyone, so we sampled as much as we could, even the jellyfish! The sushi was excellent, possibly the best I've tasted in the Table View area. The only blemish of the evening was that they didn't have stock of the Tsingtao beer, but I hear they have it now.
Good food, both 'westernised' Chinese and 'authentic'. We tried the Kung Pao Chicken, Crispy Beef, Sweet and Sour Pork and Mapo Tofu and all were extremely tasty. The restaurant was very quiet for a Wednesday evening but I assume it fills up on the weekend. All-in-all, good value for money.
Visit for good quality and authentic dim sum. This is as close to a Cantonese tea house as you’ll find in Cape Town, and on most weekend lunch time it gets very busy, but generally no bookings are necessary. My favourite dim sum dishes are the pork ribs, prawn dumplings and the chicken rice. They also offer Peking duck here. Prices are good value for money.

Food was delicious and freshly made. Flavours were delicious, staff friendly and restaurant is neat and clean. Only complaint was that the sweet and sour pork was not crispy, yet the guest with us said he has had the dish previously and the pork balls were crispy.

We ordered a variety of food and they were all satisfactory. It is a typical Chinese restaurant where the food is more important than the presentation. Dim sum always nice. Price were fair with ample parking close to the entrance.
Just tried dumplings for the first time man garlic prawn dumpling coma so good. Real authentic food experience. Talk about not to judge a book by its cover exterior look very airy but inside you can experience the exelent freshness.
This is my favourite Chinese take out place. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The food is SooooOooo good crispy chicken must be bought nowhere else!!! Prices are extremely popular. And oh, tons of parking.
Food is the best of its kind that I could find in Cape Town, the portions are massive and the price is great. Very good value for money, staff always friendly and the quality is always good. If you’re looking for good variety of foods then this is it.
