I have never once been disappointed. relaxed vibe, everyone is made to feel relaxed and at home. Food is off-the-charts amazing. if you manage to eat your meal without making satisfied noises, I will be very surprised. Frozen margheritas are the cherry on top. i just can't get enough of this place. love love love.
Brilliant! Absolutely love it! What a jol, food was great and the place was very entertaining and owner was very involved and interactive with the clients - I will go back and bring new people every time - birthday are must and a highlight!
My new favorite place! The food is ridiculously good and the staff are even more amazing! Ate in the restuarant last week and got take away delivered today the good quality was the same! Amazing!!!!
This mexican food blew me away a long time ago when I was there, I hope to one day get back here and have some more tequila!

Best vibe and true Mexican hospitality. Cheese and chicken quesidillias filled to the max my favorite with guacamole sour cream and spicy salsa yum. Nice to have a different fun casual party dining
Definitely the best bacon wrapped chilli poppers you will find, hands down. Great authentic Mexican flavours coming out of this hidden little gem.
Finally got to go to the Remex in Parklands. It wasn't particularly busy, but the vibe was awesome. Such a lovely little spot. Their magheritas are the best I've had. The food is very tasty. Jalapeno poppers wrapped in bacon.... OMG YUM!
Amazing food and so reasonably priced. Relaxed friendly atmosphere. Great advice from the staff on menu choices. Will definitely become a regular here.

My partner and I went to Remex for the first time for our anniversary and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The space is quite small and it fills up super quickly (cos it's that good), the food is amazing (we had the chicken fajitas and the Chimi Changas - both of which were to die for and we would recommend either) and some tequila, of course! What's more, Remex has an amazing variety of tequilas - for those who enjoy a shot or five - meaning there is lots to try!
Wish i lived closer so i could go more often. This place has the freshest mecican food and the atmosphere and service is great! Love the food!!
I have been here a few time. in and out of load shedding. it's amazing service with fun filled staff. great place to chill eat and drink. big thumbs up 👍
Service is great , the nachos were not the best, they were very oily and it seemed as if they were made from pastry but their chicken wings are a winner definitely worth a try for the wings!
We had the most amazing birthday party at Remex on Friday night. Justin was so hospitable, nothing was too much trouble. The atmosphere, the food and the service was first rate. Will recommend them to anyone! Can't wait to go back.
Friends phoned yesterday and said we are doing Mexican tonight. What a find ! Great food (platters highly recommended) good value for money, waitrons very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu offerings and Justin - one of the owners - doing superb PR circulation of tables to ensure that your evening's experience is a good one. Venue is not advertised and relies on word of mouth which, on the full house, seems to be working very well and indeed for very good reasons. Definitely will go back.

Second time at this little gem. As always a incredible vibe, fantastic service, glasses never empty and food that won't disappoint! Date night, friends, birthdays really what ever the occasion do yourself a favour and eat here. We had one of the platters which has a little of everything for everyone, when something as simple as a cheese nacho is incredible you know you have a winner.
What a great experience! We had my bf's birthday at Remex recently and we had so much fun! Here you are simply not just another number but are called by name. Food is wow, especially the chicken wings and Nachos... Do yourself a favour and go and experience this little gem! However please ensure to go there with a huge sense of humor and a great personality! :)
What a wonderful find! We decided very last minute on payday weekend that we wanted to try this place. I called to make a booking but sadly they were fully booked. The wonderful owner did make a plan for us though and managed to squeeze our table of 5 in.
We were made to feel welcome as soon as we arrived and left feeling the same! The staff are really friendly and service was great (although the staff did their best to up sell drinks, which resulted in more tequila shots than I should have had!).
The food was very reasonably priced and tasted amazing and was some of the best mexican I have had. The platters are great value for money and very large in size and the lemon and berry margarita is really potent! I would definitely go back soon!!

Epic place to have fun. The staff are very vibey and the food is fantastic. The mexican feel is almost overwhelming. The frozen margarita cocktails are an absolute must!

Mad awesome vibe. Waiters are a little bit Loco but what do expect from the Mexicans. Food is the best Mexican food I've ever tasted and the tequila is not bad either. Very affordable and really good food. 👌

Best dining experience ever. With a warm welcome from the minute you walk in the door and seated at your table! Booking is essential to avoid disappointment as sometimes tables are not available due to the popularity of this fine family diner. A spectacular menu that will have your taste buds flowing just reading it and a menu that has something for everyone and a good selection of beverages available too! Good Mexican food, authentic hombre experience. Try the frozen margaritas with tequila, chilli poppers excellent. Must book in summer to get place. They do have a liquor license.
Then again as always an absolute pleasure going to Remex for the most amazing mexican cuisine it does't matter what you order everything on the menu is a blast. This is by far the best mexican cantina in CT.
This is the best Mexican kitchen ever, myself and hubby go there regularly for our date nights and always have the best food and great service. They never disappoint!!!
Didn't expect the food to be so good! Chilli poppers are great and atmosphere is great. Cooking area is visible and crazy clean! Not to fond of the toilet roll on table....but otherwise great find and affordable.
Went to this Remex when I heard that it had opened because I loved the one in Richwood. The food, the vibe and the staff all add to an amazing experience. The food is always excellent and the Chilli Poppers are top class. The staff are loads of fun and you feel like you're in a dodgy back alley restaurant in Mexico (in this case that's a great thing).
The wife and I discovered this place a few months ago by accident, and we've been back at least twice a week, every week since.
The food amazing and the vibe's contagious, I can't recommend it highly enough!
Always a pleasure visiting Remex. The staff always make you feel like one of the family and if you ask nicely they even dance for you. They always make sure you feel at home and the food is the best. Prepared in an open kitchen. We visit at least once a month but I see this increasing as we find ourselves craving their food. Thank you for your awesome hospitality guys. See you soon. Since I first tried Remex Cantina, I often eat here and love the food and the people. You get value for money dishes and the taste, MWAAA!!! Celebrated my Birthday with friends and the vibe and food were great! If you have any special request, they will try their best to accommodate you! Thank you Justin and Grant! You rock!!!
Great service. The staff look after you well, possibly because of the sheer size of the restaurant. Lovely atmosphere, and value for money. As far as the food itself, very tasty but nothing to rave about. Not the type of place you'd bring your parents to, but will definitely be back.
I must say that I will return. I found the vibe very relaxed and what my family needed after a hectic day. Food quality is great and is made fresh. I wish the owners all the best
Food was delicious. Great vibe we enjoyed the chimmie chunga chicken spice and corkage allowed. Well priced and had discounts on cocktails for ladies. Owner was present in shop and kitchen and waitress was friendly and informative. Order spicey there as it was not super hot....cater for everyone.

A great vibe (don't let the spar next door fool you) with great service. This is the perfect place to take your out of town friends. The waiters and manager just want you to have to tequila. Even offering free tequila and drinking it with you. The food is great too.
I don't usually review, but I had the zucchini tacos here and they were delicious. Fresh ingredients, wonderfully soft, fluffy tacos, rich flavours and a good level of spiciness (quite spicy). There was a bit of a wait, but boy was it worthwhile.
This place is Parklands best kept secret. The food is delicious and prepared with great care. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend people who love Mexican food to give Remex a go. And I recommend you take the nachos 12 piece portion. You will definitely want more if you take the 6 :)
Nice enough local eatery, very good service and good food. The place has a peculiar impersonal atmosphere though and a little bit of cleaning up would not be out of order. As a restaurant inside a residential area it would really help to revise pricing on the menu to encourage repeat patronage. I would love to visit again, but it does get knocked out by a lot of value for money establishments in the vicinity.

The staff is cool! But going there on a date is not a very good idea as they were celebrating a birthday quite loudly and on the tipsy side.
It was still a nice moment though.
This may not be the 'best' restaurant in CT, but it's undoubtedly my fav. The staff are awesome, the food is amazing, and the vibe is off the charts.

Celebrated my birthday here and the food was amazing. This is a slow and steady small restaurant so expect between 30-40 mons for your food to arrive... It is worth it. I love the corn cakes and leetle chimee changes 😋

Great vibe! Owner is fun and full of character. Children are very welcome and have loads of fun wearing the gorgeous sumbreros. And The food is super yummy and tasty!

I phoned them for a take away, I was about 7 minutes drive away from them. By the time I got there my order was all done and ready to go. The staff was very friendly. Quick great service.
