Having visited this stretch of the south coast over many years, we were keen to try something new. We decided to visit The Sugar Post at Rocky Bay and were surprisingly impressed with the chilled beachy vibes and the warm welcome! They had a cold kitchen today, being short staffed, but our platter was more than enough and so delicious. We will definitely come again and next time will bring the kids as they're fully equipped to entertain them with trampolines and swings and even a swimming pool.

We are so glad we found this spot. They were friendly with our dog and the service was excellent. There is a nice play area for the children but it should be noted that it is outside and it can be an issue if it is raining. The food was delicious! One of the best burgers I have eaten in my entire life. Parking feels secure and the drive there is scenic. Anybody staying in the South Coast should go here.

Had one of the best steaks in a long time here! Priced VERY reasonably for the astounding food. We found this gem by accident and enjoyed the live music and vibe so much that I can honestly say that it is our new favorite restaurant. A MUST for everyone coming to the South Coast. The cleanest bathrooms - worth mentioning!!! Jaco, the live musician, is truly great - soft on the ear and he CAN actually sing. Most of these types of musicians are not good at all, but I think he adds SO MUCH value to the overall customer experience. The waiters are of the most pleasant people I have met in this type of industry. One can see that this is a owner managed establishment as their passion rings through. Well done guys! 10 out of 5 stars WELL DESERVED!!!

Great place for breakfast. Beats any crowded Wimpy or noisy Spur. Great place to take kids. There is a trampoline and loads of space to play. Throw in a sea view, and you have a great setting.

Only visited once. Was on a rather windy day which forced us inside. Play area for kids has a pool a trampoline, swings a jungle gym. We had milkshakes and chips only. Will go back again on a better weather day.

Nice place with friendly staff. Even though we arrived just before closing time they were still happy to serve us. Certainly will pop in there again.
