Lovely atmosphere, fantastic service and outstanding food! 11/10. If in Paarl, And as a local, I highly recommend Terra Mare. The service was exceptional, with special mention to management who is very hands on and made our party feel extra special. All our meals were perfection, but the Brandy Bisque, Shrimp Risotto and Duo of Duck and Ostrich cooked medium rare deserve special mention.
We have not been for a while and upon our return yesterday, we were reminded once again why this place has by far some of the best food in the cape. The service was outstanding and the starters are to die for.

A great little restaurant in Paarl, that always provides a wonderful evening out and delicious food is guaranteed. Service is very good and prompt and the owner is so friendly and takes an interest in every patron. There are a number of return diners who have become locals of the restaurant and it's obvious why: you always feel welcome and the food is always delicious.

Gourmet foodie in the heart of Paarl, showcasing the best of Cape wineland hospitality and dining. Excellent menu, wonderful homely feel, superb service, and exquisite dining. Can't ask for any thing more. Well worth it.
Another of my favourites. Really delicous (read awesome) food in beautiful upmarket setting. The king of Risotto dishes are served here. Please don't miss his famous - Non Merci desert!!

Lovely evening...suberb meal...our first time at Terra Mare & we'll be back! Chef's special prawn & chorizo salad awesome. Rack of lamb was divine & perfectly cooked....No Merci dessert (more than enough for 2 to share) was a knockout as well...truly a Paarl hidden gem :-)

What an awesome find! Atmosphere to service to dishes were all amazing (even the bread on the table was delicious). Went with a table of 12 and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their choices and service was not compromised. Would definitely recommend this place and visit again.
I'm largely vegetarian and will sometimes eat white meat if I have to, and here I had to. Their food is delicious and well plated, I just wish they had more vegetarian options...or at least one vegan option! Other than that, it was a lovely dining experience. If your a red meat and seafood person, this is the place for you.

What a gem of a place. We visited more than a year ago, yet the owner remembered us and personally welcomed us. When I mentioned it was our anniversary, we were treated with champagne on the house. Service was great, and the food was beyond delicious!!!!!! Thanks!
I always enjoy dinner at Terra Mare. Friendly and relaxed atmosphere. The owner Olivier is always there and the food is always GREAT. They have a wine list to suit most budgets. I have always been happy after an evening out here.
