Best service ever had my son's birthday party there last night an I must say the service was excellent from the waiter to the manager. Food was perfect an I must say all the kids had a blast. Will definitely be hosting more parties there.also want to say again a BIG thank you to everyone at eagle eye spur I really appreciated it.

Father’s Day Delight
‘Twas the night before ... lol
Let’s start again, the night before Fathers Day future Mom in law decided to take the Hubby with all kids, g’kids and extended family for brekkie at Spur. As always, quickie decisions were made and it was a “Yes”
Needless to say me being me asks if a booking was made (around 9pm) as it’s a widely celebrated day and the place might be full🤔... (my response) erm NO!
I quickly called, a lovely lady by the name of Bronwyn answered and I continued to make the booking... they were full🥺 she asked me to hold and I heard her shout orders and soon she was back on the ph... “We have availability Mam🙌
Wow 😲 I was impressed, I made the booking for 20 and she, without hesitation said “Sure Mam we’ll see you tomorrow” took down my details and DONE ✅
The next day we all gathered at a rather full Spur for festivities and guess who was waiting to take our order, none other than Bronwyn😀
The orders were not your “regular” (fussy people of note)
1. Nothing was wrong with any order
2. Food was 10/10
3. Service was 10/10

So I haven't had spur in ages and this was a last minute thing, I opted for the texan burger with cheese while my friend has the cheddermelt burger. The burger was pretty decent however the onion rings were terrible (hard and oily), the Strawberry lemonade was very very very average to say the least. The service wasn't that bad considering it was a Monday.
The combo platter is great value for money especially when taking your family along. A bit disappointed in that they did not serve honey glazed buffalo wings.
The kiddies steak and chips is a good buy for those lazy eaters.
Service was great and what a charming supervisor.
Went to the spur in obz today. Not sure why in so attracted to the spur franchise but decided to go for a quick breakfast while waiting for the Pearl Spoon to open up. I ended up staying over an hour long...willingly!!
The waiter, Hannes was an a real gentleman, he gave a warm welcome and thee best service I've experienced at the spur franchise.
The breakfast was good and the spiced beef in place of bacon (Their halaal) was a nice difference from the usual bacon.the wors on the trailblazer was huuuge too!!
Defiantly going back soon!!
P.S : spur...please work on your coffee's.... They seem to be terrible no matter which branch i go to
Out of all the times we've been to this spur, there was only one time where we had bad service but otherwise it's generally very good. We usually go for the Monday burger special and our usual order is the Texan blaze or Rib burger. I can recommend the nachos as a starter as they are yummy! Steak and ribs are obviously good options as well. Prefer this one over Vangate mall as they're not usually as full.

I was invited to a birthday party at this spur. I'd never been before but I heard about it as it's one of the few halaal ones. That centre brings back nightmares of my varsity days so I never bothered going there. Anyway, lunch time on a normal Sunday afternoon the centre was packed. Took a bit of time to find parking. We walked up to spur to find a line outside. Anyway we soon joined the party and asked why they chose this spur. Apparently it's a hit with parents as it has a big child entertainment area. There's a slide, jumping castle and games. Everyone enjoyed their food. I was not feeling for meat so I opted for a spicy quessadilla. Of a table of 20, my food came when everyone else was already finished eating. I guess that's what you get for ordering Mexican at spur. It tasted nice but wasn't spicy. I'm willing to give this spur another chance if I'm in the area.
