Excellent spot near the coast to have a bite and an amazing selection of beers.
We were helped by a very friendly man (was his first day) but it didn’t hamper the service at all- everyone was very active and involved, the team worked smoothly and it had a good atmosphere. Pizza’s looked amazing, burgers were perfect- beers we were sorry to only try one each. If only we had more time and weren’t driving. My only recommendation is this: go when you have time and are not driving. Enjoy!

In my 2 month stay in Cape Town, I think I have been here 8 times. Every single time it was a 5 star experience. Everybody I brought here including myself absolutely loved their food, apparently ALL their cooks are trained so well and the staff is super friendly and quick. Our favorites were the Yuzu Salad (probably the best salad I’ve ever had), the Napolitano style Pizza Margherita (definitely the best Pizza far and wide) and the spicy vegan Cauliflower not-chicken-wings. We also had some delicious breakfast here with yummy pancakes and a hearty chickpea curry. Sit outside on the deck for beach view & mountain view at the same time. I would give 10 stars if I could.
From the moment you arrive, they are helpful and hospitable. Great views, lovely beers and great food. KFC Burger was really yummy. Great spot

At 11.30am, the place had run out of plant milk and three items were not available on the menu.
Having done a few trips here now we can confirm this is of the best beer you’ll have in the whole of Cape Town and definitely the best burgers you’ll have in Cape Town and definitely Noordhoek. Service is beyond exceptional, super friendly and just amazing staff. Place has a helluva vibe always. No complaints. Must do.
The food here is pretty good and the service was decently fast, even on a very busy night. While the server was nice, he did confuse a couple of drink orders, but no major harm done. The beers were decent but when three of our party had the same beer, it was clear they were fully utilizing every bit of the keg because they had three different levels of carbonation with the last being almost totally flat. I’d go back for the food.
Was fading this place literally for years. Now I realize what I’ve been missing! They bake their own buns. What restaurant does this nowadays?! Koji-fermented beer? Yes! This place is UNIQUE. If you’re tired of the same tasting and same offers at restaurants- come here and be blown away by true innovation and tastebud heaven
Always have a great experience here. Love the quirky names on the menu lol. The food is really good and their beers are super impressive. Service is really good too. It sucks that Noordhoek is so far away, however, it is always worth the drive.
