Never been to this outlet but will very soon enjoy a great Vida e caffe coffee as its been declared an Independant Free Media zone! There is nothing worse than a great coffee, warm Vida e ambiance ruined by a Independant Media rag and Sticky Icky. Well done guys-you really rock!
A Vida is a Vida and this branch is on par with the others. I stick to the hot drinks and like to get my coffee to-go, generally opting for an americano or a flavored latte (usually hazelnut) if I'm feeling extravagant. Staff are super friendly and efficient for the most part.
Quick, efficient service. Staff are lively and interactive. Iced coffee for the win! Perfectly matched with a mini Lindt you get. Also love the freshly baked Pasti De Nata.
Popped in with my dog to have a drink. The staff were friendly and efficient. Ordered a green juice - quite a lot of ginger in the mix (maybe a little too much) but sure to sort out my cold. Lovely to sit outside in the sun and enjoy coffee/juice or something to eat
Came from a long early morning cycle and vida seemed to be the only joint open. I really like them cause they are everywhere and you sort of know what you gonna get!
Cappuccino was good - possibily a bit on the week side for my liking.
Had the pesto, mozeralla and tomatoe toastie which was really top class though!
Love this vida - staff are friendly, very attentive and make absolutely sure that they put a smile on your face! Snacks here are always fresh 👍 must try the basil pesto, cheese & tomato toastie!
Quickly grabbed a cuppa to go. Staff are extremely friendly and there's a large variety of snacks to choose from if you're feeling peckish. Oh and loved the complementary chocie I got ;)
There was a time I would have given Vida a 5! But slowly falling out of love with them. I think the quality is dropping on some levels. What I do like about them is they are everywhere, and they are a great fall back if I am not in town and can't find my craft coffee fix. Croissant I had was okay. Usually premade and never warmed up enough. My usual double latte is getting more expensive at R25 now. Cause I know the Vida taste so well, sometimes my coffee is burnt. Not so much at this store though, that was more a general note. Still love the staff energy and loyalty card. Once a huge fan, now it's all about the convenience factor...
This is the perfect restaurant for a quick business meeting! It's pricy but convenient. I go here often! However I would recommend paying cash as a lack of managerial assistance could result in funny business with card transactions.
