Praise GOD for a lovely campspot, that has the most amazing lawn to camp on and the private bathrooms for each site is really cool.
I just have one complaint the water in the showers cannot be adjusted nicely cause when you think you adjusted properly it get either to hot and you burn yourself or to cold. All in all we had a lovely caravan weekend. The weather was perfect, breakfast was to die for and service was outstanding. Thank you we will definitely be back.
Very good place to be you get only the best treatment here i love this place thanks
My rump steak was so soft, I did not need a sharp knife. The drinks and food are well priced, service was good - all in all a good experience.
Neat campsites with private clean ablutions, and some animal interaction for the kids.
Die Huts food is authentic, fresh and simply delightful. We had chicken cordon Bleu and beef schnitzel. It was done perfectly. The waiter was on point and the music was lovely. Ten out of ten!
This is the first time that we are camping at The Hut. At the moment it is a small camping site, however, the owner is busy expanding and adding more sites.
The sites have lush green lawns, the ablutions are pristine and each site has it's own ablutions.
A lovely swimming pool to cool down in during the hot summer days.
A well priced restaurant and pub with a swimming pool that can be used by people staying in the chalets.
This is a true gem. A place to come back to.
We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this venue. First, we attended a function. How amazing. The service and decor was brilliant. The food was ridiculously good. There was an amazing variety of delicious foods, from a bread table to veggies and stews to roasts. The desert table was beautiful and delicious. The bar had everything you could think of, which is unusual for a small town venue.
We decided to spend the night in a double room. It was very pretty, a good size and super clean. The towels were fluffy and soft and the room had air conditioning, though I missed a hairdryer being supplied.
I have two large bruises on my leg from walking into the bottom bed corner, but otherwise we had no complaints.
Breakfast is only served from 8am to 9:30 am, with last orders at 9am, which I felt is very early for a weekend, meaning that we missed breakfast and had to drive all the way to Malmesbury before we could eat. Very disappointing.
I certainly recommend this place for staying over and as a function venue, just wear shin guards and take your own breakfast foods!
An amazing place to camp, great swimming pool, pleasant walk along the farm road between the wheat fields, don't forget an apple or six for the donkeys at the top of the first hill. You are allocated your own ablution facilities, owner extremely friendly and helpful, there is also a restaurant and pub on-site. On the edge of Moorreesburg but does not feel like it when on the farm.
Well firstly, I loooved the 2 massive friendly dogs - they were so cuddly and welcoming...the humans were just as friendly, very hospitable.
Food at the restaurant was amaaaaaazing (especially the steak with the mushroom sauce). The coffee, wow!
The accommodation was super clean, neat and fresh...and the swimming pool just what I needed in the heat of Morreesburg!
Located away from the noise and busy vibes of the city centre, but yet so close to so many places. For all of this heaven, the price is definitely reasonable. Wish I could've stayed longer. Recommended to anyone.
