Lovely, "Homey" vibe and the food is always great! The staff seem well trained in customer service. The restaurant is clean. All round good experience!

Food is consistent with other franchises. The service speed has improved significantly since the opening. The designer drinks are a must try. But whenever I order a burger it is always a matter of "build your own burger" - everything is thrown together and I have to put it together myself, regardless if it's eat in or take out.
