The staff super friendly, the service awesome, and the restaurant itself very clean and temperature just right for a very hot day.
Happy with my order just that all Nandos have a issue on following instructions for the order. Why asks us if we would like an extra sauce and yet you are unable to do so. And some of your stores managers have a bad attitude.
The Resturant has new exciting look, very beautiful branding, Open parking conducive to accomodate many customers, it is next to Nelson Mandela Highway. The Drive through is fast.The area accommodates the physically challenged. Toilets are clean & it could be helpful if, there were many toilets.
Service is faster inside than outside. Food is good. Atmosphere always chirpy and light. There are always parking and the area is clean and safe.

Great service. The people working at the kitchen are amazingly productive. I was impressed. But, I didn't like that they are now asking for R1, it creates an awkward situation for the customer

Service was really good. However, I suggest you renew your speed points. We are in the age of tapping to pay with wearable devices now. Swiping cards to pay is a thing of the past. I'm lucky to have had my wallet in the car to pay after waiting 20 min in the drive through on a busy night. Food was really good too. Slacked on the amount of rice in the boujee bowl though. Container was half filled
Always enjoy their food. Staff is excellent and helpfull. Their food is inviting you back again and again.
