I was there earlier today. I was amazed at the awesome customer service by the staff, especially the lady in front. Staff are patient and friendly.
I ordered the Good Life meal as a takeaway and was not disappointed. Their food always tastes fresh and great!
Fishaways is truly one of the best restaurants at Zevenwacht mall. 💯👏
What an amazing experience. The hake was divine, the chips were fresh and the meal was great. I usually expect take away food to be less than what you get as a sit down customer but I was pleasantly surprised.

I ordered a "Platter for One" for delivery and might I just add that for the second time in a row, Fishaways Zevenwacht has treated me to a surprise🥺:
The first being when I ordered a "Platter for Two" on date night🍽️ and I ended up getting 3 fried hakes instead of 2🤭 and I opted to go with chips instead of rice, but guess what? I got both instead.
Fast forward to my most recent "Platter for One" isolation treat - history repeats itself🤌🏽. Instead of one fried hake, I got 2. Instead of just chips, I got rice AND chips🥰 WITH and added coleslaw, which wasn't advertised.
The food is just absolutely phenomenal! The fried fish isn't too heavily battered and it's so lightly fried unlike most fish take away outlets where you can literally feel the cholesterol course through your veins😂. Everything is perfectly seasoned. On both occasions, I didn't even need the extra spice and sauces provided🤷🏽♂️.
In conclusion: The presentation ✔️💯, food quality✔️💯, portion size✔️💯. I'd recommend this restaurant any day of the week for any occasion. Keep up the good work team!
The best fresh fish I had in long time coupled with chips rice and mayo salad for only R49 it was worth it and filling.
