Been here quite a few times and never had a problem. Staff are always friendly and are one of the best aspects of this place. You know what u get with Wimpys definitely one of the best places value wise. The inside has a nice decor and looks modern. Definitely will be back 🔙

We visited Wimpy Knysna on Saturday 23 September 2023. My husband and I, travel a lot, and obviously have visited quite an extensive amount of restaurants and eateries. Never before have we experienced such a warm welcoming atmosphere, friendliness, fast efficient service and delicious good food, like we received from Wimpy Knysna. The personnel, welcomes you with a warm smile, our waitress addressed us in very good Afrikaans, even though she is from black origin, unfortunately I can't remember her name, but she left us with life long fond memories. Well done and Thank you team-Wimpy Knysna!!

The waitress Elsie is a force to be reckoned with. The manager went to everytable to see if everyone was happy. As an ex restaurant manager, I was impressed.

I always wanted to visit a Wimpy restaurant because I heard so many stories about it from my mum. So when we visited South Africa and we saw one, it was a no brainer for us! The food and service were lovely. Four years on and we still mention it!

Absolutely great service and friendly staff! My orders are usually complicated and there was no problem in catering to my whims! Very friendly, neat and clean. The manager is on the floor and actively involved!! Our favourite go-to!

Always a treat going to the Wimpy in Knysna. Elsie is a star waitress and the manageress is super helpful and friendly. Love my go-to place.

Had a lovely cup of Wimpy Coffee and a Blueberry Muffin was absolutely delicious with the very best smiling service from a beautiful lady. Thank you Wimpy Knysna. Brilliant Service.

First choice for business meetings, staff just fantastic ❤️

We popped in for brekkie while waiting for dischem to open. We were treated with welcoming smiles and brekkie cooked as we asked. Our friendly waitress ensured we enjoyed EVERY moment!

Good location. Access from the street or the mall. Pin location however was wrong and walked all the way through the mall when we could have accessed it further down from the road. Location pin has been updated. Serive was friendly. Fast and food was consistent with Wimpy's standard although the cheese grille was a little tougher than usual. Lovely fresh fruit salad.

Thank you for providing me with a safe space to work in, laptop power point, friendly, understanding and supportive staff with smiles. Great quality food and drink as always and a clean environment. You do not know how far this has gone for me. Remain blessed and may success follow as it is expected to!!

Delicious milkshakes. “We like this place” says Inky Pinky.

Unfortunately we ended up going for ice cream and milkshakes and waffles just before loadshedding thus we were not allowed to sit inside as they were going to close the doors at 4pm and start cleaning before closing for the day. We had to sit outside and when the order came the 2 x "bar-one" waffles we ordered both came out as "kit-kat" waffles. At least both milkshakes were the right order and were very nice. However, the paperstraws we used gave up halfway through the milkshake as it just parished and became unusable and we had to get spoons to finish our milkshakes. I would suggest Wimpy look into a different supplier or just get plastic straws. They can't be trying to save the environment with the paperstraws when a straw is so extremely small in comparison with the plastic cups the milkshakes and drinks are served in. We then discovered we didn't even get serviettes and had to send the little ones in to ask for serviettes. Wimpy you have to up your game

This was a absolute treat, the service was great and the food was on point 👌🏼, fresh,hot and exactly how I wanted it to be👍🏼, the MEGA breakfast really made my day. Thank you wimpy knysna I will definitely be back to eat here again. Keep up the great work

It's wimpy so you know what to expect with the food already. We were a huge amount of people, 22 to be precise. We came early so that we could give the staff more time for prep as we are a big crowd. The food had missing parts to the order. People were eating in drip and drabs, my son's food came after I finished mine. Service was shocking to say the least and all we got was a short staffed excuse (the norm). We sent a steak back twice for being undercooked and it came back exactly the same both times. I suggest small groups of 3 to 4 people, nothing bigger and coming after 9 when mass production has kicked in and more food has been prepared

We have kids. What more needs to be said. The service is good, the food is consistent and the toys are complete rubbish. Yes, the kids love it.
