A relaxed semi-formal establishment, where you can come as you are and enjoy a lovely meal while surrounded by amazing sea and mountain views.
There are a few interesting items on the menu for meat-eaters. For vegans/vegetarians there is one savoury dish - but it is made with skill and tastes wholesome; furthermore, the menu in general is not extremely long, so this is in proportion with what's available. All of their offerings are well-presented, piquing both your appetite and your interest as they arrive at the table.
The atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming, and also respectful - no-one grabs your kids or calls you "sweetheart". Seating for adults and children is nice and comfortable, and even a dog was allowed in the outdoor area (on a leash).
Toilets are clean, with a cosy home bathroom look to them.
We climbed a few steps to get into the place, and I don't remember seeing any wheelchair/pram access - but I was not looking for it, so I can't outright say that there wasn't a ramp somewhere.
Luna was our hostess, and she treated us like 5-star guests during our visit. Friendly, efficient, and a big part of the reason I'd definitely go there again. Hi, Luna!
Friendly service with a good view of the ocean.
Great taste at a good value. Wait staff were attentive and the view is good. We ordered the seafood platter for two and the portion was good. Calamari was the best among a few seafood restaurants in Cape Town we dined at. The wedges were pretty good too.
