I hosted Offloading Sessions for Women at Mugg & Bean North Cape Mall and the customer service was outstanding.
I love the team spirit of the staff. The owners and managers also went the extra mile for us. The food was scrumptious and beautifully presented. Drinks were on point

Had breakfast there. Food is great service was excellent. Just a pity I live far away so I am not able to go more often. Will definitely stop again when I'm in that side of the country.

For such a huge chain with so many outlets around the country, it's amazing how cozy and homely this restaurant is. The food is fresh, well prepared and wholesome, and the staff are friendly without being overbearing and efficient without being abrupt. An actual five star experience.
