I hosted Offloading Sessions for Women at Mugg & Bean North Cape Mall and the customer service was outstanding. I love the team spirit of the staff. The owners and managers also went the extra mile for us. The food was scrumptious and beautifully presented. Drinks were on point Thank you so much for hosting us. The ladies will be meeting monthly at Mugg & Bean.

Had breakfast there. Food is great service was excellent. Just a pity I live far away so I am not able to go more often. Will definitely stop again when I'm in that side of the country.

THANK YOU Mugg & Bean NC Mall for always being my office away from the office. I enjoy the cozy atmosphere and the fact that you accommodate for those that work remotely. I always manage to get a ton of work done when visiting and besides that, the service is always fantastic!

Friendly service. The new healthy options at Mugg&Bean is definitely an option to consider! Well priced. Easy to choose an healthy option from the menu with all Vitality meals grouped together.

Very pleased love M & B since forever and prob will forever love to come and do some work while i drink or eat slmething always treated very well the food and drinks are always up to a very good standard this is for me the best coffe house in kimberley.

For such a huge chain with so many outlets around the country, it's amazing how cozy and homely this restaurant is. The food is fresh, well prepared and wholesome, and the staff are friendly without being overbearing and efficient without being abrupt. An actual five star experience.
