Friendly service and apetizing menu though we did not have something to eat. We did a tasting of the four available wines. The 2022 Pretty Polly Rosé was quite fruity, but lovely. The 2021 The Chick is a very smooth and easy drinking red blend. We would have loved to have some more background to the wine. The fireplace was perfect given the weather. Large open space which will be perfect in summer, but lacked some atmosphere. Well worth a visit in spite of the gravel road's condition.
Amazing vibe! Such a hidden gem for those who need an escape out of the hustle and bustle. Great atmosphere, food and wine!
It's set in a wonderful location, natural is all around .
Food is lovely , very relaxing just to sit with a glass of their own 🍷🥂 and watch and look at the scenery.
The flat breads and platters are a win.
The staff are very friendly and welcoming.
After a nice platter and glass 🍷 you can take a walk around a pound they have.
Overall it was a great experience it's priceed on the steep side but for a place like that it's to be expected.
Beautiful setting, gorgeous lunch. A delightfully crisp Sauvignon Blanc, so refreshing on such a hot day. Our server was friendly and efficient. Warrants a second and third visit.

We came here for lunch and we were pleasantly surprised by the establishment. Beautifully maintained property with a great restaurant which can also be booked as a wedding venue.
The food and service was great too.

Their tasting room was once an old orchid greenhouse. They produce three wines, a Sauvignon Blanc, an MCC and a red. The MCC and platters are a must. Platters are around R220 and wine tasting R40 for three wines. Great views overlooking the lake. Service is friendly. Great for a fireplace in winter and outdoor seating in summer. They also do weddings.
