"DO NOT JUDGE THE DESTINATION BY ITS JOURNEY", you will end up not seeing the beauty that is ahead. This is to thank Steers Jozini Mall for attending to my complaint and reaching an amicable resolution. Even though the journey was bumpy and had too many "wrong turns", the destination is a beautiful one. My focus is on the destination, not the journey. The intervention of Jared restored my trust for and loyalty to the Steers brand. Thank you very much. From my experience with you these past holidays, I learnt that "I should NOT JUDGE THE DESTINATION BY ITS JOURNEY".
