We ate at many Spur's before but this time South Dakota Spur Steak Ranch mall of the south our waiter Busisiwa Dlamini gave us the best service i have ever had at any Restuarant. Our drinks and food came on time and the food was excellent. Then our waiter out done herself again, she surprised us for my birthday with one awsome cake for the whole family. I am giving this service 5***** stars and will recommend everyone to go to this Spur and ask for this great waiter. Thanks for the awsome service.

Ordered breakfast. Service waa not bad regarding how busy they were. Food was as expected from Spur. No problems
This spur is one of the greatest I have been too. The service from the stuff is always great and your food doesn't take a long time to be prepared whether you get a starter or just go in for a meal you can be rest assured. If you have a little one you will also be happy as they have a very big playroom with stuff that is monitoring your kids and you could also monitor them using the cameras installed there. But last thing to remember is that it's spur so month end it gets packed!
I haven't been to Spur in so so long and I really enjoyed my meal and the vibe. Came here last night to support the Besa students and it was so busy but the waiters still were incredible and our food came out so quickly despite the crowds.
I have no complaints about my meal only that I know they use the Fry's vegan schnitzels( I've been vegan for 7 years i can taste it) and I'd like if they incorporated more to the dish besides just frying it up with flavorless oil. Maybe add some vegan cheese on top? Provide a unique garnish to complement it. I'm grateful for more vegan options and I'm excited for the future it holds in the service and industry space.
At first our Waitress attending us was not very friendly, but warmed up later.
I found the food to be very tasty and did not wait long.
Wife didn't Like the fact that they don't tag the kids clothes in play area. The manager was very friendly and helpful explaining they dont tag when we asked.
But my kids had a good time. Overall a good place to eat.

I went there for supper with my husband and 2 toddlers. The play area is great and there's a child minder watching over them. The birthday song was a hit with the kids too. Whenever it comes on they drop everything and dance along. It was a really fun supper out with the family. Thanks Spur.
I had my son 5th birthday celebration there on 1st April 2023... I had 10 kids attend and the receiption, atmosphere and food was worth more than what we paid for.... Excellent excellent service from the waitress that was helping us she deserves a raise pity I just forgot her name as I watched her take orders from kids as if she was talking to such important people she did it with such respect..... The decor was amazingly done, was done when we got there and our table was close to the play area so I was impressed bcz I could watch the kids... Thank you for such an amazing day, I can't wait to come back for more nd more ❤️❤️❤️

Always love going there. That is our to go place. Love our waiter Victor, he is always so amazing and good. We don't even have to say what we want to drink hê already brings it. The food is always amazing, and the kids' entertainment area is big, and the kids love it there.

After giving a poor review we were invited for a complementary meal by the manager Sharon.
Upon arrival we were welcomed warmly, assigned an awesome waiter (Mr Suprise) who was all things great and gave us nothing but good service. It truly felt like a totally different restaurant. Even the food was of good quality with generous portion sizes.
The service was really good ,chicken fresh I really enjoyed 😉 👌
