The food is up to the standard you would expect but the service isn't so great. Having to wait while people who order long after you get their food and you are left standing while they say "we will help you now" is annoying. Thankfully a manager stepped in and got me my food

Loved it. They need to invest in a generator though. When electricity goes, business stops. Considering they serve mostly flame grilled chicken, they should be able to keep the grills hot even without electricity.

Sayi’s service was exceptional. He paid attention to detail, right from the moment when he took my order, up until he packed it and made sure the food was correct and prepared well. The food was absolutely delicious and spicy. This is by far one of the best Nandos experience that I’ve had. Right from the beginning to the end. Thanks Sayi and team. Keep up the excellent work.
Nandos broadacres has very friendly staff who are efficient and helpful. Today I ordered my favorite hot pot with rice topped up with livers, hot and spicy... When it arrived, it was hot (spicy & temp) fresh and absolutely delicious. Chicken was tender and livers were not overdone and rubbery but absolutely perfect.
Have not had everything on their menu obviously, but from what I have had, I would recommend a stop in at this branch anytime, call and collect, take away, eat in.. Even ubereats... Thanks for the awesome meal..
